Happiest employees we have come across anywhere. They go out of their way to greet customers and help them. I was going to get a car wash because I had a coupon and was told about a deal they had for purchasing up to two months. It was a great deal, so I went with that even though I'm not always near a crew car wash. The wash is so efficient. It's speedy and accurate. We haven't had a car shine this much since we did it ourselves. When it came to canceling so that we wouldn't have an increased rate after two months, all I did was ask a staff who was delighted to help. She canceled it and she gave me a receipt. Very professional. Edit: disappointed in how hard it is for the car wash window sticker to be removed. It's in an awkward position at the very bottom corner of the glass & it is super sticky. I could've washed my car by hand twice in the time it took me to get that sticker off & there's still goo residue. I don't think I'll be buying another membership. Still there for individual car washes. It would be better if they had a sticker on the back of the rearview mirror or if they placed at the top of the window for easier removal reach. The adhesive also does not need to be as strong as it currently is.

One of the quickest and easiest car washes I've ever used. Just drive up, select which level of wash you want on the pad, pay with card, and when the arm lifts drive on in. My car came out clean and shinning. They also have free vacuums you can use pre or post wash for an extra clean.

I was at crew car wash a few months ago. I slipped on their property and broke my knee cap! I had emergency surgery and have been suffering so badly. I have been In a knee brace for 6 weeks now. I got a lawyer and all I wanted was a small amount of money for pain and suffering! They will not help me at all! Missed work and so much pain and suffering! I am so disappointed with this company and I wanted to share my story. How low can you go! Crew car wash you should be ashamed of yourself. Bad service travels fast and this story will be shared with many!

Used the Crew Car Wash in Maple Grove for the first time ever during their Animal Humane Society event, and the wash left a series of scratches on my car door and later the event had to close early because the wash broke down. I filed a claim the same day because I noticed the scratches when I got home, but they denied my claim and now I'm left having to deal with by myself. I only used no-touch car washes before this, so I know I did not get it from anywhere else. Will not be using this service again.

Shift Manager Alex went above and beyond with helping us this morning. Some asphalt crap got in our car and he told us to meet him at the side after our wash and he has some solution to help us remove the nasty stuff off our car! I know some car wash place would care less in regards of the issue but he was really nice and went above and beyond to satisfy their customer!! We really appreciate you sir!!

Worst wash I have ever had!!! damage to my car and then they claim It wasn’t from there facility. I requested to show me the camera footage of me entering and exiting then the person I spoke to will not respond back. I tried to upload the photos of damage as my can Is new and now damaged!
I strongly recommend not using this location!

In my experience with different car washes over the years, this is by far the worst-performing wash I have been to. I received a free 2-month unlimited car wash pass in the mail from Valvoline for this wash (I wonder why). Upon signing up in person, the workers were all very friendly and talkative. However, during my first pass through the wash, I noticed that a chrome trim piece on my driver's door had been partially ripped off. In addition, there were wet spots dripping down the side of my vehicle. The vehicle was not completely washed and certainly not dried.
Upon my second trip to the car wash, in addition to another incomplete wash and drying like the first visit, I noticed new scratches on the roof of my car as well as on my trunk lid. During my third and final trip through the wash this past weekend, I noticed a long scratch on my driver's window and multiple superficial chips on my windshield (along with an incomplete wash and drying). I will not be returning to this car wash, and I will actively tell everyone I know not to bring their vehicles here. If I could give a rating of zero, I would.

Received trial deal for three months. Everything fine except noticed white drip spots on the car in several spots. Evidently, this appears to be wash residue of some type that wasn't rinsed away. Otherwise it is just another car wash, no better or worse than others of same type.

I can't recommend Crew highly enough. The staff is extremely helpful and friendly. The carwash technology is great. The combination of sophisticated tech and outstanding human customer service makes Crew my first choice to get my car washed.
