Cashier lady was very rude when I didn’t the password for my Apple Pay.card. I asked her to back out and go back so I can use the one I have password she didn’t do it and just keep asking me for my card. . I don’t know her name but was just there 15 mins ago at number 8 cashier

Candace in the bakery area is the bomb! So helpful and friendly. I literally ran into her with my cart and she still went above and beyond. I recommend you shop here just for employees like her!

Cub (or at least this one) has a rather consistently bad produce department. I have never been able to find a good pepper besides a bell pepper. All others are almost always soft and wilted. They also only sell sweet onions (at least for the last 5 months) except white onion, which are usually more expensive. The garlic is another thing that I have not been able to find here. The garlic has been either small and with moist skin (which can lead to mold) or soft (not sure if that is bad, but I don't like it).

Going downhill. Been shopping at cubs for 25 yrs. Never again. Only Hy-vee now. When you don't choose to staff properly: dairy items are expired, deli refuses to slice meat & cops an attitude, store is dirty, so many shelves not stocked, crazy prices. Pharmacy subpar. Hy-vee has won our families over. Staff your store or continue to lose to customers.

I wish this location would stop turning their phones off!! Both the main stores and pharmacys phones are always off and i can never get through to them which sucks because i NEED my medications. Have been trying to get through since yesterday and still nothing!!!! This is so inconsiderate of disabled customers that cannot always get up and make the trip to the store multiple times!!!!!!

I’ve been a customer for over 20 years. It’s sliding down and down and down. Entryways are filthy. Rugs are filthy. Trash on sidewalks and lots are persistent. Always. Carts must be the same ones we have been using from the start. Broken down and ratty. Deli has less and less selections every time. Now no more displayed sliced deli meat. One deli display that used to have all the different ready to eat cooked chicken selections all covered up in a cheap looking way. Salad bar long gone. Shelves empty of certain selections, always. The employees are great and dependable but this store has the feeling of being from an eastern bloc country. Getting yucky. HyVee MG hasn’t caught up in nice employees but such a nicer aura.

One of the worst cub sushi i ever had. Rice was mushy and wet. The fish is soooo thin it was not worth it at all.

The change to the hot bar warrants giving this place a one star as the change is so awful that it's worth skipping the whole store. The price hike makes getting a person to assist you with an eight piece chicken several dollars cheaper than getting 3 or four pieces on your own. And the chicken is easily the most expensive item. Can't get a reasonable meal (2 pieces and two sides) for under $15. Forget it. I'm done done with them.

Apart from being one of the most readily available cup foods due to them being 24/7 I have been coming to this location for the past couple of years and there is a good amount of reasons for that. Not only are they usually very well stocked, but they also never failed to give a friendly and polite atmosphere. I am usually a nighttime shopper and for the past couple of years, everybody who works their night shifts are by far the most kind and talkative people I have met. I have never had any problems with this location and will continue coming back here, especially because of the people that work their night shifts.

The deli department doesn't respect customers they don't deal with first come first serve they deal with whoever they want we were waiting in line and they chose not to help us and two other individuals I brought this to the attention and we were actually fourth in line. Rude
