Terrible Pharmacy, Lady pharmacist had a bad attitude and poor performance. I called ahead to make sure they had my prescription which they did and I confirmed the number of pills. When I got there, they filled it with less than what was prescribed and told me to come back in 15 mins. I sat and watched as the pharmacy lady filled quite a few other prescriptions but not mine. After 40mins I went up to the counter & she tried to give me the same inaccurate prescription they originally had and then told me to come back in 10mins. I went back up the counter after that and she told me they didn't have enough to fill the prescription. She was demeaning and I'm not sure why because I have never met her before but I walked out and moved my refill to another store. Not sure if she was having a bad day but I will never go back there as I don't want to promote bad behavior and poor performance.

Pharmacy people ignores the window even when there is no one in line in the store. Went into the store after waiting and pushing the button after 5 minutes. Stood there while there were 5 people behind the counter and no other customers. When the young pharmacy tech finally decided to help I told her how long I had been waiting at the window, all she said was "oh, how can I help you".
Told her my mother's name and date of birth. She said that she couldn't find her in the system. My mom always picks up her meds at this location. Apparently the pharmacy tech can't spell Virginia.

This location takes an absurdly long time to serve customers and has regularly wasted my time regarding medication pickup. Today was the last straw after my experience. I actually had the drive through window shut in my face after waiting in line for twenty minutes. There were two customers in front of me, so they're averaging about 10 minutes per customer, which seems like an absurdly long time, but that is besides the point. I went inside for service instead, thinking maybe they would make it right and just allow me to pick the medication up. Instead, the pharmacist pretended to be clueless about the whole ordeal and denied me service. I would suggest avoiding this pharmacy if you can. The lack of response from corporate and as many negative reviews as this location has speaks volumes. I'm done doing business with CVS after my awful experiences and you should too.

This pharmacy will never receive our business ever again. From them telling us that they cannot fill a medication for our infant 3 hours before closing time so our child has to suffer all night, to just deciding to close early without a sign outside or inside, to not opening the drive thru window even when they are open inside and not placing a sign outside to say the drive thru is closed but the pharmacy is open inside, to just extremely rude staff, to not honoring 8:30am vaccine appointments that we booked online because “they just decided their store only starts doing them at 9” even though you can book appointments online at 8:30am. Whoever runs this pharmacy should be absolutely ashamed and embarrassed about the poor quality of care provided.

I had an incredibly disappointing experience at CVS Pharmacy. I arrived at the store at 6:49 PM and waited in the drive-thru lane for 10 minutes without any assistance. Frustrated, I decided to go inside and reached the door at 6:59 PM—still before the posted closing time of 7:00 PM.
However, the staff’s behavior was shocking. A woman saw me at the door, walked away without saying anything, then returned at exactly 7:00 PM and closed the door in my face without acknowledging me.
This is unacceptable. Customers rely on pharmacies for essential medications, and this lack of professionalism and empathy is beyond frustrating. If the store is going to ignore customers or close earlier than posted, that needs to be communicated. I hope CVS takes feedback like this seriously to improve their service.

This pharmacy has been a disaster for years. Do not fill your prescriptions here. The lines are ridiculous, the hours are constantly changing, they do not answer the phone or return messages, and they clearly management could care less.

This is the worse pharmacy I’ve ever experienced. I’ve had to go to CVS instead of Walgreens since my insurance only covers CVS. They never return phone calls, it takes many days to fill a simple prescription, they have frequently been out of the medicine I need (adds days onto refill), they don’t call back when messages are left, the lines are 30-40 minutes long at pick up, they are rude and unfriendly. Honestly the worst. Do not go here if you don’t have to, I miss Walgreens. I’d give zero stars if possible.

Pharmacy closes at 7 pm not 8pm. If you’re going to post hours, especially pharmacy hours, probably a good idea to be accurate. Not sure if it’s google or cvs. I did arrive at 6:59 regardless. but got shut down.

Please improve your prescription refill experience, it is always so painful. I've been trying to refill for two weeks now, have two automated texts saying that it's been ordered and one saying it's ready (but it isn't), was actually able to speak to someone who said it would be ready a week and half ago after they first managed to order the wrong thing. The automated refill system somehow can't count pills and figure out how many days they last to get a refill in on time, and it won't let you refill "early" so you need to call. There's no longer a way to call and get a person, instead you need to leave a voicemail that's not always returned (2/3 in the last two weeks). My wife sat there for 30 minutes today waiting before they let her know it's not even in the store yet. I've spent $10's of thousands here on medication and can't even imagine how much insurance has covered, looking into other options I see Costco pharmacy is about 1/4 of the price but unfortunately out of network for me. Hope it helps someone else though!

Chaotic pharmacy that is clearly understaffed, but also does not seem to have any purpose or urgency and lacks basic customer service skills. Waited 45 mins this morning to pick up amoxicillin for my kid, after waiting 10 mins at the drop off counter to just get acknowledged. All this at 9:40 am on a Wednesday. The pharmacist was busy cranking out scripts while the 2 techs were seemingly ignoring the waiting line of customers. Rather than filling more scripts, it would have been nice for the pharmacist to actually work the register and get the group of folks waiting for said scripts out the door. Very inefficient workflow and frustrating to witness. Will avoid coming here from now on.

Trying to get prescriptions filled at this location is awful. I left a voicemail still no response.
