Last straw today, switching pharmacies. Way too much wasted time, had to return 3 times to finally get handicapped man's Rx filled. 1/2 hour wait each time to learn they didn't do their jobs. Good folks that are far too overworked and short staffed. Bad experiences for 2 years now. Hire some folks.

I wish I could give zero stars. I genuinely don't know why this place even has a drive-through window. It's never freaking open anymore. The only reason I use this location is because it's right on my commute. But if it's that hard for them to offer even a minimal level of expected modern convenience, I should just switch to Walgreens. There wasn't even a line today, ffs. Like at all. There's no freaking reason to make customers leave their cars when it's -14° windchill.

I can't tell you how disappointed I'm in the CVS in Maple Grove. Our family has been going to this Pharmacy for over six years. Unfortunately the service has gotten worse month after month. We have tried our best to accommodate their issues with staffing by agreeing to wait extra time to get prescriptions filled. We have done this to try and help support them during their staffing voids.Unfortunately when we needed their Pharmacy Staff to reciprocate and partner with us the Pharmacist on staff at 8:00 PM January 10th, decided being rude and answering my question with an extremely condescending attitude on my plea to fill my Wife's much needed prescription was the position she was going to take as it was more important for her to depart at 8:06 than to help a customer truly in need.I know they are short staffed, but this is on CVS to hire more Pharmacist. I realize I arrived at 8:02 (There was a very valid reason for my delay) and technically they had the right to close, but whatever happened to providing great service. We have been informed on more than one occasion that our family spends more money at CVS in Maple Grove than any other current customer between our purchases of prescriptions and with purchases inside the store. Well maybe in the eyes of multi billion dollar company like CVS my families business means nothing to them compared to their overall revenue numbers. But there is something I can promise when asked about a good Pharmacy to use, I will let everyone know by no means should you ever consider doing business with CVS in Maple Grove as taking care of customers takes a significant backseat to their profits. If this new Pharmacist is a reflection of the people CVS is going to hire then they have a long way to go in understanding what customers need. The Pharmacist on Staff this evening who was being rude, short with responses and pushing us to go use a new Pharmacy to get our prescription filled was not only incredibly disappointing, but it was the final straw in our decision to permanently move our business to a Company that cares like Hy-Vee.

I've tried to use this pharmacy twice for prescriptions. They do not call if it's not in stock and they take one to two weeks to fill an easy prescription. DO NOT USE THIS PHARMACY

Customer service is horrible the cashier doesn’t know how to read. I was looking for a sore throat spray and he can’t even tell immune support spray is different. Said to me it’s the same thing if I don’t want it to leave it. Wow what a horrible customer service.

This pharmacy is hot garbage. Don’t waste your time and find somewhere else. Anywhere else is better.

Very, very, very slow. Wash. Rinse. Repeat. As indicated in a recent review, you have to breathe down their neck to get things to happen. Just a guess - the city of Maple Grove, MN made them shut down their drive thru due to traffic backing out to the street. I am going to stay clear of this CVS and go to the one on Grove Drive in Target in Maple Grove. My Advice to This CVS: Get More Competent Staff and a Sense of Urgency

Always so slow to fill prescriptions unless you’re breathing down their neck, which isn’t comfortable for anyone. If an urgent care sends in a prescription 3 hours before they close, they should be able to fill it. Turning someone away to come back 12 hours later for a prescription written from urgent care is just wrong.

If I could give zero stars I would. If you have a specialty prescription, do not bring it here. They will overcharge you. When you try to figure out why it's being overcharged, they won't even look into it, argue with you, forcing you to choose between paying the incorrect amount or having withdrawals. Then when you figure out what happened with the billing and it was never put through insurance, they do nothing to correct it. Will lie to you on getting a backdated authorization letter and lose your authorization letter repeatedly, although the doctor has an audit trail. They're unwilling to give a refund. And will ignore all your complaints even with corporate. Also, seems to strongly appear all this is being done because of a mental health stigma. Hats off to perpetuating a social issue. My prescription is $35 per refill not $75. Refund the $70 total that is owed to me.

Still waiting in the drive throughLine after 20 minutes of sitting here no one has even acknowledged me. Hopefully the call button is broke and it's not just the pharmacy being unproffessional

I have had so many problems with this pharmacy. Especially Lindsey Pharmacist and Ivory. I went in recently to pick up an antibiotic and they said they had no insurance on file for me. I’m a veteran and I don’t have an insurance card. We pay out of pocket if we need a medication filled soon and can’t wait for the VA pharmacy to ship it out and I can’t currently drive all the way to Mpls.; to do in person pick up. Hence, using CVS. So, with that they were fine with me paying out of pocket even though technically that was the one script that should have been covered since cvs is in our network of community providers & ER meds are covered. Then, today, my dr sent a med in to be filled so that I could pick it up the day before my procedure since I can’t drive for up to 2 weeks after it. Ivory said they need preauth from my insurance to fill it. How now do they think I have insurance when they can clearly see I don’t. I have even shown them my military ID before. They are absolutely clueless. Even the CVS off of Wedgewood Ln North, maple grove knows how Veteran’s meds are different. It is all still tracked by our Dr’s and sent to my primary as well. Instead, I have been yelled at, talked down to, had false accusations made against me due to their lack of understanding a program. Then, take out a BOOK or call the VA and see yourself how it works instead of harassing veterans. It’s unacceptable behavior. I’m a nurse practitioner and would never talk to the people I treat this way. I feel they need to fire both of those pharmacists and hire new ones and train their staff overall on how to process veteran’s meds. Costco knows how to and I have been with them over 6 years with not one issue. They are pleasant. Always say hi “my name.” As soon as I call they know who I am and ask how I have been. They have amazing customer service. Your meds are ready when they promise too, they don’t harass you or give you a hard time every time you have a medication called in there either.

Do not visit this Clinic! I went there with pink eye and the nurse practitioner did not even diagnose me correctly! Gave me a strep test and allergy medicine! I woke up with it even worse and went to urgent care! Do yourself a favor and go to urgent care immediately! Waste of time and money!!!

Waited over an hour for our minute clinic appointment. Never have had that experience at any other CVS clinic in the cities. Will not come back to this location.
