If I could give this place 0 stars, I would. After a long day of work, I wanted to get a pedicure and relax. Never been here before and my mistake of not reading the reviews beforehand.
The older lady did my pedicure. I didn’t recall her grabbing new tools. When I looked at her bowl filled with tools, I saw a used file and buffer that she ended up using on me.
During the pedicure, I noticed that she kept tugging and pulling on the sides on each toe nail, which it did hurt. My feet were twitching. The way she was using the cuticle tool, the pointed end, she kept scraping the sides. Which also hurts.
After the service, my toes were on fire and red. When I tell you, the moment I look at my toes, I didn’t have much of a nail plate left ! When the lady was “pulling and tugging” it’s because she was clipping off my nails from the sides of each toe.
Not only that, but the polish looked like it was painted from a child. The polish wasn’t even painted on the entire nail and it was all over my cuticles. I also forgot to mention that she barely buffed out my nail and the polish came off soon after my feet touched water.
Anyways, at the end of the day, these people wouldn’t refund me and kept saying how much work was put into my service, I guess even if it meant clipping off my nails and leaving me in pain. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME HERE. These people are rude and do not use clean tools.
Let’s see how the owner replies to this. The responses that I see on other people’s reviews, I hope this business goes out.

Very good experience every time. Staff is nice and never have any issues with making appointments (usually can get an appointment within a day, day of). Well-done work and acrylic nails that are good quality and last long. the staff is always friendly and kind. Good variety of colors and styles also.

Bad customer service and was rude, I had an appointment and show up early when I got there I was told how they cannot see me. Peter said how he cannot breathe how busy there are and walk away from me and seem angry I said next can you please call me and he said he don’t have time for that and I drive 45 min to this location never going back

if I could give this 0 stars, I would. I called this store simply asking for the price of a set, the worker named Peter was very rude and extremely condescending. he hung up on my face and proceeded to decline my calls after, I wanted to come in for a set but after this, i will not be patronizing them. if you’re going the run a business, customer service should be a priority; and i can see by the way you answer calls and reply to your bad reviews you don’t know a thing about good customer service! you can barely use proper grammar in your replies so i’m not sure why I even take you seriously to begin with. go back to school and learn how to treat your customers and people in general. please do not come here.

Went there for the first time to get my nails done got cut 3 times, i was bleeding and my nails look horrible no finesse. The owner was so rude he said he was chinese and wanted to know what countrt i was from and he said we fight with you guys in the border.Right there i lost it. Will never go back poor service rude people and not good nails.I feel sad for you after i'm reading all the reviews you have to lie like this to make a living. The rubbish you are writing will only make people not want to come.Be clean, do a better job and you can survive. The route you are taking will get you nowhere.You have more bad reviews than good pretty much sums it up for the customer.

Worst customer service my family has experienced. The owner’s name is Peter and he is extremely rude (as you can see in the reviews here as well). He told us that he does not care if he loses a customer. Same thing goes for the staff here. Avoid this place at all costs.

I took my mom this afternoon for her nails. She had her appointment booked since last week. The place was short-staffed, so they made my mom wait 45 minutes after starting. When my mom asked questions about "how much longer it would take," the owner/manager became extremely frustrated. He ignored my mom as if she wasn't there and yelled at her. My mom is a sensitive person with concerning health issues. She was very hurt by this experience and traumatized. When asked if they didn't need our business, they told us to go away and never return. Extremely rude manager. We are never going back to this place again and would hope they treat their customers in a basic human manner. Ignore this place. They don't care about their customers. Here's what the manager/owner will do: Read the review and try to make excuses and present you with a totally different story. That's what he does all the time when people have negative experience at this place. If you don't believe, look at all of his reply to other people.

My mom and I came in for a walk-in appointment today and were SO impressed! Peter welcomed us right away and made us feel at home. He did a fantastic job on my mom's full set. I had the pleasure of working with Yen. She's a true artist and doesn't miss a single detail. Both were quick and professional.And finally--you can't beat their prices!Thank you to Da-Vi nails for making my mom's birthday special today! We'll certainly be back.

I go here often too get my pedicure sometimes alone and sometimes with my mom. Every time we call too schedule an appointment they end the call with "be on time". We're always on time because we wouldn't want our time waisted either. I had an appointment today I arrived 4 min early & got asked too sit and wait, I did. My appointment was at 5 and I left at 5:20 because I had somewhere else too be and wouldn't have time for the pedicure anymore they took someone before me I don't know if she had an appointment or not but I feel more communication should of been there. Did not check in on me not once.

The guy was a total butcher, went in for pedicure and left with a bleeding foot. His fix for the bleeding toe was a bandage held on with yellow electrical tape. Stay away at all costs

I asked the technician for a specific color and she chose a color that I didn’t like and when I complained she got upset and was rude and the guy came and said, just pay and I told him, there’s no way I will do my nails and don’t payThey were so rude and loud and he even throw my receipt on the floorI will never go back thereYou’re pathetic manHow will I leave my house and go to a shop if I don’t have money to do my nails?You’re very rude and don’t know how to treat your customers. All I needed that day was a nice color on my nails and she did Ty opposite .
