If you are buying tires, they are great place. If you have an issue with the tires you bought, they are as slow as malasis. I was told 2 hours, and I am still waiting 3 and 1/2 hours later to get a tire repaired.

Spent north 2400 bucks on winter tires, wheel and TPSM. Made an appointment. Showed up on time. Left with TPSM sensor blinking indicating TPSM malfunction. Called Discount Tire, ' yeah why dont you drive all the way back here so I can push some ODBC code that Mazda says we shouldn't have to do.' I do not recommend.

1.Poor communication for the walk-ins regarding how long it may take to be serviced and the customer is asked to pay at check in. 2.Customer service is doled out in a biased manner and not an impartial first come/ first served method.
3. Would not recommend.

Extremely long wait times.
I was told first come first served, but I was constantly bumped behind other walk-in’s.

I purchased 4 Michelin tires approximately 2yrs ago from this location. With a 60k mileage warranty. I had brought my vehicle in 4x since installation for tire issues. One time they patched a hole 3x they told me nothing was wrong even though the tires were not maintaining proper pressure. They never rotated the tires or stated any issues. Today I came in after taking my vehicle in for service due to unrelated issue. Service shop found all 4 tires wearing unevenly and showing in the danger zone for tread life and wear. Came to discount tires where the tech admitted negligence stating they had never rotated nor offered rotation during any of the previous visits which directly correlates to the unusual tread wear. The tires barely got 40k mileage on them. The tech offered me a credit of 50/tire to compensate for the 20k miles i didn't get. Nothing for the negligence caused by their previous techs and now I have to buy all new tires as my vehicle is not road safe currently. I feel like I'm being taken advantage of being a woman and not wanting to cause a confrontation. I expect people to do their jobs as promised and not invalidate any type of mileage warranty on my tired nor cut the lifetime usage of the tires by 1/3 due to negligence. But apparently a 200 credit is sufficient for this negligence and customer service and quality workmanship is no longer important. 😩😡

I just got skipped in line by a few cars. They said it would be done after two hours and now they say it’ll be another few hours. Wasted my day.

I always have the best service here. I usually drop my car off and then walk over to Starbucks to pick up a mobile order for coffee. When they rotate my tires, they are usually done before Starbucks even has my coffee ready.

I’m super impressed! Found a screw in my tire and low pressure. I phoned and the Store Manager, Mitch Martinson, told me to bring it in. They were extremely busy but found time to fix my tire at no charge! I need new tires all around, will definitely return to Discount Tire!

Got a flat and while waiting for the tow truck, I called Costco since I had bought my tires there. Found out they didn't have any in stock and it would be at least 3 days, so I called Discount Tire MG. Not only did they have them in stock, they were $3 less than Costco and it took less than 30 min. to install! Highly recommend, and Jeff Meador is the best!
