I bought my first chainsaw today for a fallen tree in my yard. The man, Andrew, who helped me was very experienced and kind. He trained me per the equipment manufacturer’s requirements on how to operate the chainsaw safely and maintenance it. He showed great care and summarized instructions for use in simple terms. I appreciated the great customer service.
