This is by far the worst dollar tree EVER. They never have anything then they have employees leaving customers at the register because they didnt want to work that register. This store needs to shut down and hire ALL new people. Coorperate should send someone who does not work there in and do a store check on customer service because it is HORRIBLE. Just GHETTO. Ill drive out my way before stepping foot back in this rude, ghetto establishment. GET BETTER PPL TO WORK FOR YOU BECAUSE OBVIOUSLY THESE EMPLOYEES DO NOT. This location should be shut down ASAP.

Name and Address:DollarTree16425 County Road 30Maple Grove, MN 55311-1219612-656-1555Additional Comment:Are dollar tree customers now expected to bag their own items? At a recent visit to this store, the cashier was very unfriendly-- no greeting, no smile. Unfortunately, I've seen this kind of attitude enough that it didn't really bother me. But when it came time to bag my items (which I had quite a few of), she only bagged some of them, gave me my receipt, and started ringing up the next customer. I thought, "okay, I guess I'm bagging up the rest of my items." I proceeded to the end of the counter to finish bagging my items which included some glassware. She turned to me, annoyed, and told me I couldn't use the bags on the counter to wrap my glassware in. I asked her what I should use and she pointed to some paper towel on the counter and told me to use that and then continued ringing up the other customer while I struggled to get my items together. I've never received such poor customer service. I know prices may be higher, but next time I will gladly go to the Hobby Lobby next door and do my shopping there where I know I'll be treated with respect and kindness.

Don't know how some items can be sold for $1.25.I noticed they now have some $5 items...they are clearly marked so you don't assume they are cheaper.

Absolutely unacceptable. Never open when they say and closed every time I’ve tried including just now. 4 of us were walking towards the door when the person that got there first found the door locked. It’s only 6 pm. How is every other retailer able to be open but dollar tree? They must treat their staff horribly and pay slave wages. This is chronic no matter where you go. All Dollar Trees are not open most of the time, super limited hours and posted hours are almost always wrong. If Target can stay open until 10 and Walmart 11 pm Dollar Tree can stay open until at least 7 pm. Most people work during the day. SO disrespectful of customers with literally zero attempts to fix it. Lazy lazy lazy. Just awful. Makes me lose hope in humanity. ?? No way are they going to stay open as a company. As much as they used to be my favorite store I hope they go out of business. Outrageously poor customer service in fact, textbook opposite of how a company should treat staff and customers. Head scratcher how people could have such backward thinking in 2022!!!! Bad Karma anyone?

Can’t even rate it because THEY’RE NEVER OPEN. I swear it’s easier to get an appointment at the MN DMV than it is to come here on a day they’re open. Might as well have their doors permanently closed.

Apparently closing at 5 pm actually means closing at 4:45.. arrived at 4:52 and the doors were locked, employee standing right inside the door talking on her phone.I get everyone is short staffed these days but honestly, if you're going to close at 4:45 just post that as your hours.

This store does not follow the hours of operation. I just went to this location and it says closes at 5pm, here it is 1pm and the doors are locked. Why not just close the entire store because it is barely open anyway. Most untealible dollar tree ever. The shelves stay empty and mechandise stay on the floor to get stocked. Either hire more people and pay them better or shut the store down so something that actually is open can take that spot.

Any manager who is unwilling to work 40 or nore hours a week for their store is not a manager. You are literally killing your business, ruining your own job. Congratulations on losing business from me forever. I'm also working hard to contacting your corporate office to let them know that you Are doing a horrendous job. between the complete lack of organization in the store, the lack of product on the shelves and the fact that you're open 38 out of 83 hours shows you should not be running a business.Update store closes at 3pm. Not sure why they close during one of the busiest times of day but they are.The store is constantly a mess, never stocked and most of the time I come in its never open. What's the point of being in business if you're never open? I will definitely be sending messages to corporate asking why your store is still open because this is ridiculous.

As others have said, the store is never open, and the customer service is terrible. I went there on a Wednesday at 4:53pm to grab a birthday card. An employee was standing at the front door refusing to let myself and another customer in. She didn't give a reason why other than, "The manager says no." We both asked to speak to the manager, and he refused to come to the door. I have no idea how this place is still in business.

The hours listed here are way off. The sign on the door says they close at 5pm (on a weds!!!) It was 4:53 and the doors were locked. Another guy was outside trying to get in. A guy working there came out and said they close the doors at 4:50 and he wouldn’t let us in. The other guy said he knew they closed at 5 so he literally ran there to get there n time and just needed to grab something quick (as did I). Really super lame.

Usually low stock,. Also, they close earlier than the printed out piece of paper on their door says they'll close. They also don't update the time that they're going to close on Google, so there's really no way to tell when they"re open. It's really easy to change your hours on Google so I don't understand how come they don't. I understand that everybody is short staff but this is a consistent problem with this Dollar Tree I understand that everybody is short staff but this is a consistent problem with this Dollar Tree. If they could just update hours.

They keep changing their hours and when they are open. If you cant staff then why do you have two locations in maple grove? Close one and actually open. Or shut your doors entirely. If they need to close they need to update Apple, Goodle, etc. This is ridiculous.
