On Saturday, 02-01-2025 I had the incredible experience of customer service by Jenn D.. She was so kind, honest and helpful. She had such a fun and patient guidance with me for purchasing scrubs and accessories. Even while busy with other customers, never loosing her incredible customer skills!! I called her manager on Monday, 02-03-2025 to inform her, how wonderful my experience was and wanted the manager to know right away and relate by gratitude back to Jenn D..
I will be back to Trademark Uniforms, making sure that Jenn D. will be “on duty” !! : ).
LOVE all of my purchases, THANKS TO GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!

Today I went to the Trademark store in Maple Grove and was helped by Jenn! She was the kindest, most helpful (and funniest) sales woman I have ever had!! She could have left me wandering around looking for scrubs that I desperately needed for my new job but she knew EXACTLY what my employer allowed, and was my friendly eyes at helping me know what looked good and what didn’t. As a plus size woman it was so nice having MY sizes IN STOCK. Thanks JENN for being so great!!

I usually go to Uniform Advantage to get my scrubs because it’s closer, but this store will be my go to now! Small business with affordable prices! The lady working was great at informing me that Cherokee Brands run a bit bigger. Will come back for sure. And you get a 20% discount if you’re a healthcare worker ?.

This is a great store! Came in for the first time to buy my first pair of scrubs. I didn’t really know what to look for and the lady who was working was super helpful! She gave me some options and let me try stuff on, gave me some suggestions and gave me a 20% off for being a healthcare worker! I will defiantly be coming back!
