I'd typically rate higher, but we just cut down a red jewel crabapple purchased in 2021 and planted by them. One-year warranty. They planted it too deep with mounds of mulch. The tree never grew and regressed each year. DEAD THIS YEAR. They should have known that excessive mulch is a problem. I'm a gardener of over 60 years and know how to water, prune, fertilize, etc. The soil snd location and care were perfect.
Waste of money.

Oddly, Google says I visited yesterday, but I was actually there TODAY ...and it's not even close to midnight (8:50pm)
FN is a local garden center with lots of gorgeous plants tht I blv they grow themselves, so prices tend to b a bit more but Wow, you get wht u pay for ...in this case, that's a positive statement❣️🦋❣️

Phil, the owner and landscape designer, came highly referred from a garden club. I have been trying to reach him since May. I have left several messages with the staff and on his answering machine. It’s now the end of August and still no return call. Don’t be fooled by the website making it seem like you can call them up and they’ll get back to you right away. I understand spring/summer is busy but over 3 months of no return calls is ridiculous. If you’re that busy maybe you need to hire more landscape designers so they can come out and give customers a design and quote within a respective time frame! We purchased dirt from here and it was excellent dirt but I won’t be back to spend my money here again after my experience with how the owner treats new customers. It’s a shame!

Loved it here, came here a few weeks ago to check out hanging plants and everyone was so helpful! Enjoy my 50 pictures. I felt prices were great, and I'm pretty thrifty. They have a great rewards program too!

We were not green thumbs, not even close, when we purchased
our two new Maple trees from Fairs Nursery. The staff was very helpful in the purchase process. Phil helped us tremendously in the planting process, helping us with find what might be the best for locations in our yard. We scheduled them to plant on a Friday less than the week of purchase but they planted two days sooner. They of course called us to clear the move up in time and after planting the crew gave us instructions for watering. We may not be green thumbs but Fairs Nursery is in fact what we lacked and we recommend them to anyone for anything relating to horticulture.

Excellent service received by employee Lila. She helped us pick out a ceramic pot and plant to be placed in the plant stand we brought along. Very kind and professional as well. Great experience!!!

Nice location & good variety. Customer service was friendly. Not a wide variety of planter options but I enjoyed my visit & managed to happily spend $400. All the plants purchased are coming along very nicely!

Great selection of indoor and outdoor plants, trees and shrubs including some succulents and airplants. Lots of indoor decorative items for many different styles too. Small tools, supplies, seeds, etc. Staff are always helpful.
