Terrible service! Unpleasant, unprofessional people! I stayed home from my busy schedule waiting for a package. I did not receive it. I called FedEx. They were saying it was some problem with the address. They verify the address everything was correct after that nobody could explain why they did not deliver the package, but they told me I can go pick it up at my “ convenience”. I had to go to get it 45 minutes in traffic to get to Maple grove. I went in and a very unpleasant fellow told me that if I don’t have a tracking number, he can’t help me. Finally when I told him that I just talked to him 45 minutes ago, he said “oh let me get the package.” I asked for the manager, and the manager simply refused to talk to me. I requested to call me. It was seven days ago and nobody bothered to call. My question is why do we pay these people for a service that we don’t get? The only thing I can do about it to write a review to let everybody know how terrible they are and hope that sooner or later someone will do something about it. This was a third time that I had to drive 45 minutes to pick up my package that it was supposed to be delivered by FedEx and getting disrespected by their employees

The shipper marked my package as signature required. My package contents needed to stay cold, I was concerned the ice packs wouldn't last overnight. I stopped by the office but the driver was apparently still out. I don't know if the office called him or if he saw the markings on the box but the driver stopped by again that night. This wasn't a FedEx mistake but FedEx ensured I received what I needed while the contents were still cold. Thank you!

Went in the morning on a Thursday, not busy. Got served right away, knowledgeable staff. This location ships Category B/Clinical samples!

Someone didn’t delivery my package they put I’m a buisness which I’m not and that I wasn’t open like serious people . Who ever did that was just lazy and needs a written up . I’ve used fed ex plenty of times they know I’m not a buisness. I think I know who did that . Terrible service

Never on time especially on Friday’s, and weekends in general. If you are expecting a package to be delivered on a Friday, you can guarantee it will be rescheduled to Monday or later even if it shows out for delivery.

This was the forth fed ex location I went to. I was mailing my title to my insurance company after my car had been stolen. These ladies were so kind and helpful. Very understanding that I was having not such a great moment.

We use FedEx exclusively for our business shipping. The employees at the ship center, as well as the route drivers we have for delivery and pickup are great.

This place is never congested. The line is short here. Only thing I gave 4* is... FedEx is very expensive to ship international. Just a one page piece of paper is about $147- $150.
