Horrid customer service. Walked in and stood infront of three employees as they talked. When the one nearest to me walked away i said excuse me only to be hit with “have you been served”. On the other hand, the actual service itself is filled with snarky comments and condescending tone during the entire. Maybe something about me pissed them off, but i have been nothing but cordial. Needless to say, just drop off what you need here cause help is not coming. 09/20/2023

Horrible customer service on several levels. Husband went to pick up invites and envelopes. The person could not find the order. Then found invites only and threw them at my husband and was told that was all she could find. We paid for envelopes and never received them. Good luck getting through to anyone. When I finally did and said I wanted them to ship me the envelopes was told they would not because they did not want to incur the cost.

My wife has used this location multiple times for printing needs. Every other order has been wrong and they've been a pain to deal with to get things corrected. This last time, she had two of her art pieces printed by them and they laminated them with a matte finish when it wasn't ordered, which takes away from the look of her pieces. This is the last time she will use them, go to another location.

I don't ship outside of the country very often, but went to FedEx for help. They're not helpful, they aren't aware of customs policies or required documentation. This was a large shipment, cost $730. Although FedEx had no issue taking payment and providing a delivery date, they conveniently hide behind their "policy" of any concerns, feedback or refund requests have to go through their call center. Then you find out refunds go through a form, no interaction with a person.This location tried to help, but failed to take responsibility for the misguidance and overall unawareness from the representative processing orders. Did they do everything they could to help me? No. I would go to an actual shipping center or use a company that helps their customers versus telling them to call someone else.

The lady told me I can not ship my package on diaper box. I have ship my package in diaper box in the pass at this location. Also FeDex ship this diaper box of diapers to my front door . So why can’t I ship in Ship box. So I decide to ship at different FeDex location. They did not say a thing about my box.

This store is amazing and very helpful! I had emailed the store a real estate flyer to print at this location and when I went to pick it up, it was not yet printed because I had made an error on the second page and the manager caught the error for me! I am so thankful that they did not print and charge me for the flyers with my mistake on them. Instead, they quickly helped me fix the error and printed them for me on the spot while I waited (which was very quick, btw). What great customer service - thank you Fed Ex store on Wedgewood Lane, I will definitely be back!

I brought in a digital file that I purchased from Etsy and when printed in a larger size it came out pretty grainy. The store manager, Deanna, spent so much time working with me to see if another file would be better and none of them were. I essentially had given up but received a follow up phone call from Deanna that she played around with the file and was able to make it better and will provide me an exchange at no cost. This is such a little project that she spent time on to make sure I came away happy and it is so appreciated!

Lost my business in 60 seconds. First they put me on hold for 4 minutes to find out their store number - a 20 second conversation. Then when I arrive, they tell me they are booked today and can't print 3 pages on cardstock.No other FedEx has treated me this way and they shouldn't when it costs me about $12 for what I want.

I had a large unorganized shipping project and it was stress free and easy to get it taken care of. The person helping me (Bree) was so friendly and detail oriented. I highly recommend this store.

I understand a lot of places are struggling to hire great people who actually enjoy and take pride in their job. Now, pretty much every time I visit this location the employees never greet or welcome the customer. Doesn't take much to smile and say a simple greeting welcoming their customers. A smile goes a long way.

I tried to drop off three pre-packaged, pre-labeled, boxes/packages containing the shoes that did not fit me and my son which came in the same boxes I was shipping out for refunds. A lady named Deanna? claimed she could not accept the three packages and I quote, "because they are wobbly", we exchanged many pleasantries to each other as I was baffled beyond belief that the same exact packages/boxes made their wobbly boxed journey to me unscathed. I asked her for this Wobbly Boxed policy I was unaware of and she became flustered. She was unable to present this policy to me and furthermore I learned that the FED EX conveyor belts apparently operate at 65 MPH, yup 65 MPH, so that's why she couldn't accept them. The wobbly boxes (or I assume any box for that matter that doesn't way less than 300 pounds) could possibly fly off the belt and would fly into Never Never land and they will get lost. Apparently anything that falls off conveyor belt at FED EX doesn't get shipped. Or its possible that this lady is full of it and just made it all up. I don't know what is wrong with this location (Maybe Deanna) but the other Fed Ex place accepted the wobbly boxes. What is happening to our world????
