GameStop, a well-known video game retailer, has received mixed reviews from customers in the area. While some locations are praised for their helpful and friendly staff, as well as their decent selection of games, others are criticized for their limited inventory and lack of availability for newer releases. The specific location in question is described as relying mainly on traded-in items for their stock, resulting in an average to below-average selection of physical games. Customers have noted that GameStop's corporate office seems to prioritize other markets over the local area, leading to a lack of the latest game releases and limited options for collectors and enthusiasts. Despite these challenges, the store is generally organized, and the staff is consistently praised for their friendliness and willingness to assist customers. Some customers have even had positive experiences, with one mentioning an employee's extensive knowledge of Japanese rhythm games, Pokémon, and Stranger Things. Overall, the reviews suggest that the quality of the GameStop experience can vary depending on the specific location, but the friendly and helpful staff seem to be a consistent bright spot for many customers.
Greg was awesome, very helpful. He and the other guy, not sure of his name, both very polite and helpful, well done guys.

It’s a game stop, nice employees, not a lot of Switch games, and the ones here you can buy for the same or lesser price at Walmart. Would be great if they started a rental service of games. Would definitely recommend if into Xbox or PlayStation as there are LOTS of games.
