Still a fun place for video games and action figures. They have a good clearance rack sometimes.

Went in to buy some Pokemon Cards. 2 boxes at 21.99 each. Cashier looked up my account and noticed i have 30000 points suggested i use it to save $30 off my purchase. I said sure, and let her redeem it for me. I paid and got to my car. I was looking at the receipt and saw that only $21.99 was redeemed out of the $30. I went back in to talk to the employee and she said theres nothing she can do about it. I demanded to speak to a manager and she said theres no one around, so she texted one of the other workers. He said to her that theres nothing they can do about it since it was coupons and since pokemon products were no returns. They gave me a customer service phone number to call saying i have to call because it's customer based phone number. I called that number and there was nothing they can do on their end either. If the cashier would have told me about how the reward points were going to be redeemed, i would have never allowed it. Making a suggestion for a customer that leads to unsatisfied results leading to saying 'there's nothing we can do about it' and not even trying to rectify their error is bad company practice. I think I am going to have to start agreeing with everyone else and say I am done with Gamestop.

It’s always organized and the people who work there are super helpful and friendly. I keep going to this GameStop because of that.

Great gamestop location in the middle of downtown Maple Grove. Plenty of selections and the service was great. Stop by next time you're looking for a game or any swag.

**will attach receipt pic for referenceI came in here yesterday to sell two PlayStation 4 controllers. The employee scanned the two controllers and each of them would be $49.99 brand new. I was offered $24 for both (no in store credit). I accepted the deal, because I just wanted to get rid of them. The employee hands me the money and I left. I got into my car- I noticed he only gave me $19.20. That’s when I looked back at my receipt & noticed that since it was a cash payment- $2.40 was taken off each controller. Which means I had nearly $5 taken off my payout because I wanted cash. Which had not been explained to me… so why was I told $24 when I expressed I wanted cash and not an in store credit? Extremely misleading business practice. I’ll stick to the location in Plymouth.

I ordered a Xbox from gamestop and it got delivered to the wrong address and gamestop don't want to replace it. So it's ok for me to lose my money and the console. I will never order anything else from gamestop again.

Can almost always find what we need here for gaming. If they can't help they usually know where to go. Staff are always super friendly.

Went in to buy a $15 game (it said so on their website) when I went to checkout the clerk named Seth immediately said it was $17 and had a free warranty so I assumed that $17 was price with tax.NOPE he scammed me into buying the $15 game and $2 warranty. When questioned about it he gave 5 different excuses that didn't make any sense. I went to return the game at a different gamestop out of principle and bought the game online from a different retailer.I understand there may be some quota for employees or management to sell warranties, but lying and scamming customers about the price and claiming "oh you get a free warranty" is not the right move. $2 doesn't really matter that much to me, all they had to say was "Hey, it'd really help me out if you got the warranty with it" and I would have said sure. Nobody likes to be scammed. This was my first time back to a gamestop in 5 years, but this case definitely burned the last bit of whatever remained of that bridge.
