I booked an appointment to replace my iPhone battery for 7:20pm. After sitting there without anyone acknowledging me, I was eventually greeted and they asked about my appointment. They then told me that they couldn’t replace my phone battery tonight because the procedure takes 2 hours and they closed in an hour and a half. I’m disappointed that I wasn’t told this ahead of time, and they were all very unapologetic about this situation. I would advise that you avoid the Geek Squad for iPhone battery replacement and go right to Apple. Would be 1 star, but every other Best Buy staff member I interacted with was very helpful.

I recently had an appointment with the Geek Squad at the Maple Grove store. Ben was so patient, knowledgeable and helpful. I can't praise him enough. Well done Ben!

I gave specifically 5 stars because of Hoang! If it wasn't for him I probably would have given a 1. He was amazing even though the issue took 2 hrs I didn't care. Super smart guy! The fact that he was the only one who knew how to do this is mind boggling. All the staff there i would hope would be trained in all the same issues. But I guess not. But literally was a tech angel! He got into both of my kids tablets mind you took 3 appointments and finally I got Hoang and he worked his magic. So very thankful for him. To be honest if I dont get him I will just wait on any service from now on.

Go to any other Geek squad location! Bad customer service, inexperienced staff not willing to ask questions. They forgot to order my replacement phone & blamed it on everything else.

Had me sitting and waiting for a hour to even inquire abou a phone repair. Im telling him over and over im spending my cash and he keeps talking about insurance and waht they have said!. I never said the said anything. I never even said i had insurance or warranty period! I asked how much is a screen repair for A S22!

Awesome job with audio install to make 2002 vehicle hands-free for my teenager. Excellent service, even offered to answer question about new product after the installation. My only suggestion would be to *please* offer a overnight key drop off for convenience. I much prefer dropping my vehicle the night before and getting a ride into work from colleague and certainly will not leave car unlocked with key in it.

Bought a washing machine and a dryer from best buy, they brought the wrong washing machine and had made an appointment to exchange it for the correct one. The day they of the appointment they never showed up and they didn't call or email to let me know they canceled the appointment. Made another appointment 30 days later and they never showed up that day either. I called and they told me they couldn't get the washing machine I ordered so I returned them both for a refund. After they picked them up they only have me 900 out of the $2000 I spent on them. I called and they said they messed something up and they would get it to me. Waited a couple weeks and it still hadn't went into my account. This happened about 5 more times and it's been over a month and I still haven't received it. This all started in July so I've been out a washing machine, a dryer and $2000 for 3+ months. The reps on the phone barely speak English and I have had to call multiple times for every step throughout the process because they cannot seem to do anything correctly

Brought in an older MacMini that had a fake "virus protection " program on it, which made it run very slow. They said Apple throttles back its computers (not true, only iphones) to make you buy a new one and suggested purchasing a new one for $700. Instead, I did a little sleuthing and located the program, deleted it and some other old files. Now it runs faster than ever! Two stars just for getting that appointment so quickly.
