Had me sitting and waiting for a hour to even inquire abou a phone repair. Im telling him over and over im spending my cash and he keeps talking about insurance and waht they have said!. I never said the said anything. I never even said i had insurance or warranty period! I asked how much is a screen repair for A S22!

Awesome job with audio install to make 2002 vehicle hands-free for my teenager. Excellent service, even offered to answer question about new product after the installation. My only suggestion would be to *please* offer a overnight key drop off for convenience. I much prefer dropping my vehicle the night before and getting a ride into work from colleague and certainly will not leave car unlocked with key in it.

Bought a washing machine and a dryer from best buy, they brought the wrong washing machine and had made an appointment to exchange it for the correct one. The day they of the appointment they never showed up and they didn't call or email to let me know they canceled the appointment. Made another appointment 30 days later and they never showed up that day either. I called and they told me they couldn't get the washing machine I ordered so I returned them both for a refund. After they picked them up they only have me 900 out of the $2000 I spent on them. I called and they said they messed something up and they would get it to me. Waited a couple weeks and it still hadn't went into my account. This happened about 5 more times and it's been over a month and I still haven't received it. This all started in July so I've been out a washing machine, a dryer and $2000 for 3+ months. The reps on the phone barely speak English and I have had to call multiple times for every step throughout the process because they cannot seem to do anything correctly

Brought in an older MacMini that had a fake "virus protection " program on it, which made it run very slow. They said Apple throttles back its computers (not true, only iphones) to make you buy a new one and suggested purchasing a new one for $700. Instead, I did a little sleuthing and located the program, deleted it and some other old files. Now it runs faster than ever! Two stars just for getting that appointment so quickly.

We had Best Buy Geek Squad Maple Grove out regarding numerous audio needs at our house in November. Don came out and spent 45 minutes with us on a Friday. He said he would have a quote the following Monday. We did not receive a quote the following week. I made several calls and emailed him stating that we were interested in buying numerous audio components that were on sale on Black Friday . I asked him to call me back with recommendations. No call from Don. Cyber Monday, no call from Don.In December we went to Best Buy in Maple Grove and talked to the manager who was there at the time. He was very nice. He said he would contact Don and have him call us. Shortly after we left Best Buy, the manager called and stated that Don would call us by 4:30 that day. No call from Don.Over the past couple years, we upgraded all of our appliances and bought everything at Best Buy. Never again, they lost us as customers. Do not waste your time with the Geek Squad when there are a couple of good audio companies in the area that are professional and get the job done.

I work retail and it is not hard to answer the phone. I've called several times and hold for at least 10 minutes each time. Pathetic. Oh and the one time I did get through they hung up.

I spent $15,000 on my Sony projector and definitive audio system and had geek squad install it. Boy was that a mistake. Only one of the speakers was installed in the towered. I found out a year later that the built in subwoofer and top speaker were never connected. I recently purchased the ps5 and it said my system wasn’t hdr compatible only to find out they never calibrated it and turned on the 4K hdr! Love my system but your better off installing yourself or hiring a reputable company that actually knows what there doing.

I have called so many times just to be told they were busy call back later paid over 1800 for a phone after adding geek squad and for wht plus I live 3.5 hours away this is crazy

Have Samsung ipad... wont charge...replaced charging cord..still no charge...iPad does make noise when hitting vol ...can battery just be replaced or can I send in to have it looked at to see if repairable...would appreciate advice..thx..

I had scheduled an appointment to have a cd-player/receiver installed in my vehicle. First off, had to wait a month to get in. When I filled out the service ticket, it had my name, address, phone number, and the work, but that was it. They then had me sign it. I went home and waited for them to call. When I picked up my truck, and went out to listen to it, about half the speakers and subwoofer were not working. They had written that the truck came in with the rear speakers "muffled" but that was not the case. This was a high end system to begin with, only thing I was changing was the cd-player/receiver. I talked to the shop manager, and store manager, spent over an hour there to no satisfaction. They were not willing to do anything about it.

I cannot speak enough volumes to how positive of an experience I had with Maple Grove Geek Squad's technician, Ruben Jacobsen. Ruben went above and beyond to accommodate my hectic work schedule and limited availability as a multi-business owner. Not only was he accommodating, but he was also extremely courteous, professional, did an exemplary job, and his communication was very timely. I would hands down recommend Ruben and the Maple Grove Geek Squad for any of your home or business needs.

No stars are not an option. Online geek squad service kept disconnecting so I go into the store to schedule install of a router as the had done a great job several years ago. "Sorry sir, you will need to call this number." Ok wasted trip and poor customer service. Red flag-it took 28 min on the phone to just set up the install-2nd red flag. Lucky, the service agent was amazing (Matthew Jorgensen) and did a great job with the install, so much I upgraded to the annual tech support service plan. So, two weeks later I see that I am double charged and start the online chat to get a refund. Passed around 4 times online then given a # for a specialist to "fix" my issue. Transferred 3 more times with zero hand offs on the phone . "How may I help you, I will need to verify your account, blah blah". It took 1 hour exactly and a total of 7 people to finally get my refund. Oh God. Great boots on the ground, completely clueless from the top in regards to customer service. Sorry Geek Squad-I'll go elsewhere next time and recommend you do as well or contact Matthew directly!

Terrible customer service and even worse accountability. I sat over 30 minutes waiting to be seen with 2 toddlers - only to be told I need to go to Apple, which she assured me she was scheduling me a appointment so I didn't have to wait and be a smooth transition - I get there only to be told I didn't have a appointment and had to sit another 30 minutes with 2 now hungry toddlers!
