Staff handling donations are always rude af here. Sorry you had to put your phone down and work for a few minutes.

Asked to keep the hangers as typically the Goodwills in other areas ask if you would like to keep them or not. Mary said this is not a thing here. Would like to see consistency across all stores as my aunt has been able to take them from here before. Unsure why this is a issue now.

I think they forget that everything is donated to them! Their prices are outrageous

I went today (Tuesday, November 19, 2024) with a few canvas wall art signs, a solid wood counter stool, a wicker umbrella basket, and a winter snow sled with plans to drop these items off for donation. After waiting in line for about 15 minutes we finally pull in and get out of our vehicle and begin to unload our donations into the blue bin. I was very rudely told by the female donation attendant that they wouldn't accept any of the items that I brought. I have never ever in all my years of dropping off items for donation been told that they wouldn't accept my items. Well I can tell you this with 100% certainty --- I will never ever ever spend any money at any Goodwill location again in my lifetime!!!

Very unfriendly worker in the car port donation center. I've been to quite a few locations, and this person was by far the most sullen and unfriendly.

It’s alright but they kinda have some questionable pricing decisions for a thrift store

These stores in the past were pretty nice and staff was good. Staff now seems in no mood to remotely help you. Items in the store seem picked over but that's only because all of the items are very picked over prior to being put out and nothing with a value over $20 is sold in store. Despite the broken vacuum cleaner with a ask price of $75.00. Conveniently located though stops there, nothing else good about this location.

A smaller Goodwill but with a great selection of everything you want and need.

Love this location! They are always so organized and have lots of donated things to fill the shelves. Friendly employees at checkout too! I'll try to post photos here. I usually come for perfumes, lotions, puzzles, and women's clothes. Clean bathrooms too! They are right near my Park Nicollet Dr appt building, so I come here often!

Lol. I tried to donate some household items and was told “this is garbage” and “you need to take it back.” (The items were new and not garbage) A little customer service training would be a good idea! They did accept some of my items, but next time I’ll avoid waiting in line and give it away on Facebook.

Employees are not knowledgeable about what can't or can be accepted as donations. Not getting any discount coupons anymore.Prices are too high for used items. Not getting any help when donations are heavy.

If I could give them a zero I would. Never come here and never donate here. They do not allow you to try on the clothes but also if you buy and it doesn't fit they only let you get store credit. I expressed my concerns with employees and they were very rude and could care less about their customers! DO NOT SHOP here!!!!!
