Love this location! They are always so organized and have lots of donated things to fill the shelves. Friendly employees at checkout too! I'll try to post photos here. I usually come for perfumes, lotions, puzzles, and women's clothes. Clean bathrooms too! They are right near my Park Nicollet Dr appt building, so I come here often!

Lol. I tried to donate some household items and was told “this is garbage” and “you need to take it back.” (The items were new and not garbage) A little customer service training would be a good idea! They did accept some of my items, but next time I’ll avoid waiting in line and give it away on Facebook.

Employees are not knowledgeable about what can't or can be accepted as donations. Not getting any discount coupons anymore.Prices are too high for used items. Not getting any help when donations are heavy.

If I could give them a zero I would. Never come here and never donate here. They do not allow you to try on the clothes but also if you buy and it doesn't fit they only let you get store credit. I expressed my concerns with employees and they were very rude and could care less about their customers! DO NOT SHOP here!!!!!

I used to love donating items to goodwill, they employee people and I think do a lot of good in the community but the last few times I’ve tried to donate items they’ve pretty much made me open all the bags I packed and denied great items because “nobody is buying frames right now” or “Christmas items aren’t in season” or they want me to demonstrate that things work/function before they accept them. Its a lot of work to pack items up to bring, I understand that they don’t want junk but they’ve turned away perfectly good things that we’ve just grown out of and I’m tired of packing my whole car to bring 50% of it back home. It’s really not worth trying to bring things here anymore. Bummer, I liked donating and shopping here. Not worth the trip anymore.

I went to donate 10 big boxes of clothes, and the guy in the back told me to take them out because they don't take boxes. Ok... I did and the guy just stood there on this cellphone. Once in a while he would look up at me to see if I was done... rude and unacceptable

No changing rooms to try stuff on and you can’t return items only exchange. Why remove changing rooms if you won’t allow returns.

I want to do a shout out at how great and kind the woman was today taking donations at the drive through. I wish I would have gotten her name. Thank you to her and the other woman helping. Both were great. Love the cleanliness of the store too!

Second time I’ve shopped here and been profiled. “An eye” was noticeably kept on me, and when I checked out, the employee suddenly needed a long drink of water from her bottle at the register. She drank and just lingered awkwardly. As soon as I tapped my Apple Pay, she headed back out to the floor. So, irritating and sad. Also, the prices are indeed outrageous. I thought my neighborhood Chanhassen Goodwill was pricey, this one takes the cake, and the selection isn’t as upscale. Chanhassen doesn’t profile it’s customers of color either. The two stars are because it was, at least clean and well organized.

Drive thru donation rules are always inconsistent. Never know what you can donate until you’re there and they rudely tell you they don’t accept some things.

I occasionally stop at Goodwill's when I'm in a thrift store shopping kind of mood. Today found me in that state of mind and I happened to be in MG. This was not my first visit but have always found this place to be clean and organized. Of course there is still going to be some chaos on the shelves but you're not going to find socks mixed in with the silverware. This MG location is better than some. I noticed that they recently took out their dressing rooms at multiple stores. So if you plan on trying on clothes prior to purchasing, be prepared with leggings and a tank top and changing in the aisle. You have to be methodical with parking. There is only 1 way in/out of the lot and it is at the end of a parking lane. If you swing around to park in the front row beware that it's a dead end or else you'll be driving INTO the Donation Exit lane.I either like to pull through or back into a parking space for an easy exit.

No fitting rooms and no returns if you take it home to try on. Would have purchased a decent amount of clothes if I could have tried it on.

So why would anyone buy clothing from a store you can't get a refund at and also can't try on the clothes?
