Carvacia always does a great job on my hair. Great conversation and always a positive attitude. This woman deserves a raise as she keeps this place running. Came this morning the day before Thanksgiving. I WILL BE BACK!

Dominic in the wheelchair is a great stylist! My teenage son is very pick and wants specific fades and he only wants her to cut his hair in a specific way and she always does a great job. She provides superior customer service too.

The person who cut my husbands hair must have been new (needed help with looking up info, checking out, and cutting hair). Basic men’s haircut usually 15 min, took over an hour (cut time only). They were told what #clipper to use, but still managed to cut it too short. Manager finally had to correct other cutting mistakes. It cost the same for this untrained stylist as for highly skilled. This person should not have been cutting Customers hair yet. Shame on great clips for not vetting / training more before this awful experience.

Lady in the wheelchair really screwed up my hair. I honestly did not mind her cutting my hair at all but she completely ruined my experience with how she treated me. Told her exactly and showed her with a picture how I wanted my haircut to be, she proceeded with asking me, " You want this hard hair cut?" I ignored it and gave her a chance anyways as I felt she may be a great barber aside from sitting in a wheelchair. Once she started cutting my hair, I realized it was i made a mistake not requesting for someone else. The lady not only made me uncomfortable, she never blew the hair out of my face which made it incredibly itchy the entire cut, she pulled my hair the entire time really hard trying to cut it with scissors, she trimmed it too much which ruined the entire haircut, then proceeded to say I accidentally shaved it too far because you were moving too much. At this point I wanted to walk out but remained professional. Never coming back to this place. Never let someone's physical condition steer you away from requesting for someone who actually greets you, compliments you or even shows some nice gestures. This lady was the completely opposite of everything and I mean everything. The other barbers were nice, fun and laughing the entire time while I sit here contemplating my decision going with this rude barber in the wheelchair.

I don't know her name, but when I got my hair cut there because my regular place was closed, she called my hair uneven? Then once she was done cutting my hair, she made a chunk of my hair missing. My hair looked like the piece of a puzzle kissing. Like a lego brick was taken from my hair. Go to fantastic Sam's in maple grove. Cheaper, and better hair cutting then whatever this was.
