I recently visited this location right before they were about to close, and I have to say, I was impressed with the level of service I received.
Despite the late hour, the stylist was welcoming and didn’t rush the process at all. She took the time to listen to what I wanted and made sure every detail of the haircut was perfect.
It’s great to know that no matter the time, I can count on Great Clips for a quality cut and great service. Highly recommend!

I literally wasted my $20 and I wanted my money back. I’ve been going to the WestRidge great clips for years and this time I couldn’t go there and went to this store this time in Maple Grove. Now I’m regretting why I went to this store. Melanie was my stylist. She didn’t greet me and she didn’t talk to me while cutting my hair and importantly she did not cut my hair well and all sides it is uneven. She didn’t show me how my neck line was after done with it and I felt she was tired and didn’t want to touch my skin.

Came in with 30 minutes left of the store being open to get my son hair cut. Was told there were 5 people that checked in and that if those 5 people showed up they would be late. We sat in the parking lot until 8pm and nobody else went into the store. Just say you don’t want to work anymore for the day.

If I could put 0 stars I would! I took my son here to get a haircut, told the lady what we wanted and she didn’t do not a single thing I asked. She left my sons hair crooked at his neck line, his hair was so uneven it looked like she was trying to give him a Mohawk and it was super noticeable! Left hair all over his face, took the apron halfway off of him and started cutting more of his hair! Looks like somebody needs to go back to cosmetology school because they definitely wasn’t ready to graduate to cut other ppls hair! Learn how to listen to what the customer wants! Will never go to this location ever again! Not only that there was other haircut stylist in there and only one of them was working and the others just had a grumpy face had attitudes and being on there cellphone. So unprofessional!

DO NOT GO HERE.Got a haircut today by stylist Katie.Just asked for 1 1/2 inches off, straight line. & to trim my layers because they are so dead. She cut off some of the “frizz” off my hair, instead of cutting my actual layers & left my hair COMPLETELY uneven. This task is Not very hard. I don’t understand how this happens . Very very disappointing. Save your money
