Great place to work with to get bowling equipment. The hours aren’t so great, but that’s the only thing difficult about doing business here. Awesome service and willingness to help a customer. Definitely worth the work around for the availability!

Main reason for such a low rating is the fact that he would not make the holes on my ball big enough for my fingers to fit after repeatedly telling him my fingers Dont fit.Couple of side points to add to this review. When I dropped the ball off, he said it would be ready in 2 days. I actually had something come up the day I needed to pick it up, so I went in after 3 days. HE HADNT EVEN STARTED ON IT. So he drilled the holes while I waited (bout 1.5hrs). During this time he brought it out 3 separate times and had to take it back because I couldn’t get my finger in. For some reason he didn’t want to make the holes bigger and told me I needed to change how I bowl?Now that I’ve attempted bowling with this ball for about a month, my thumb is all sorts of messed up. I Dont even put my thumb in all the way cause I am scared to, and ITS STILL POPS when I let go of the ball. I now have bruising on the tip of my thumb, my nail gets ripped off every time I use it, and my knuckle is scabbed.I DO NOT EVEN TRUST THIS MAN TO FIX HIS MISTAKE. I will never be back at this establishment and I hope if you’re reading this you understand to avoid this pro shop.As for the bowling alley, I’ve never bowled there but it looks like a nice alley!

I have been bowling for over 30 years and all but one of my bowling balls have been purchased or repaired by Greg of his father before him at Hi-Score North. I recently stopped in and purchased a new ball and love it. I would highly recommend. He is VERY knowledgable and friendly.

My son ordered a ball from this jackyl and he told my son that he gets expedited shipping so it would be there within 2 days. Tried to call in the morning and again an hour before we left the day of arrival just to make sure it showed up. No answer. Took our chance and drive 50 minutes just for the guy to be 18 minutes late and tell us that the ball did was not delivered. When asked why he didn't answer his phone we were told he was on an airplane... He had to issue shrugging his shoulders at my 15 year old son and saying oh well. Hope your shop goes belly up real soon, loser.
