Not sure of the systems laid out for employees by managers, but I was the only one in line and stood and waited several minutes while the person behind the counter put 20 items on hangers that she was working on. There was no one else in the store, so she could’ve easily processed these at a later time and rung up my one item.

I accidentally left one of my belongings in the dressing rooms today. I realized soon after leaving the store. The man working the dressing room went above and beyond to keep my item safe. His customer service is on point ! Thank you so much for the wonderful experience!

I keep forgetting that we now have to pay for bags but it was a nice experience. Things are in place.

They do not accept maternity clothing returns at this location (or any location in MN I was informed) even though the online order return policy states that, "You are always welcome to return or exchange for free in any H&M store in the US." I will never purchase anything from H&M ever again. Regardless of the return policy the clothing is disappointing. Each item I purchased was either scratchy, see-through, or oddly ill fitting.

They have a good scam going. No returns w/o a receipt. Every other retailer can find your transaction with the card that you used. They refuse to so they can keep your money.
Avoid this store, just go to kohls.

I recently shopped at H&M for school clothes for my daughter and had a great experience. I found some amazing deals and was pleasantly surprised to find pants that were long enough for her, which can be a challenge! The store was clean and well-organized, and the staff were friendly and helpful.

I like this store because it's clean and pretty organized. Just don't expect a welcome or greeting from the employees.

Nice store to shop at for children. Lots of variety of clothes and clothes that are trending. Only downside is there is a limited number of sizes available and it’s not always easy to find I’d like to get in the size that you need.

Today when my sister and I went to check out, there were like 4 employees on sight and 3 of them were just gossiping just standing. There was an another customer in line with us and she spoke up. My sister also made eye contact to one of the staff but just ignored us. Eventually, we had one friendly gal to check us out. Not one to type this kind of review but it really was irritating. Please just do your jobs when the time is needed, then you can continue what y’all need to gossip about.

Quality, on-trend clothes for reasonable prices. Nice dress clothes options for kids and teens for a wedding but also lots of fun clothes for school. Staff were kind and approachable and offered advice on outfits.
