Noteworthy details: The hot tub is nice, but the waterpark is cold. The 2 main waterslides have rough seams.

The customer service, room cleanliness, atmosphere quietness, most room accommodations, etcetera, were all excellent. The only bad point, and it was enough for me to leave 1 star off, was that the bed in the "wheelchair accessible" room was too high for someone confined to a wheelchair! So had to sleep in one of the room chairs for the night - NOT restful sleep. Do better!
Noteworthy details: Beds are kind of high, so beware if you are dependent on a wheelchair.

Just went in for a coffee in the lobby to meet some friends. It was very clean and the employees were friendly.

This Holiday Inn had an exceptional check-in process.
The ladies at the front desk were warm and attentive to my daughter's needs.
Both ladies need a raise for accommodating the vast amount of people with grace and team work that was there the day of our stay!!
Great job Ladies and Good job Holiday Inn for hiring these great types of people who actually like encountering human beings!!

Nearby activities: Shopping areas nearby if you need anything else during your stay
Safety: Felt good about this purchase and my stay here!!
Food and drinks: Delicious meals and great ??

Rooms: The room had sticky pink substance on the walls and doors. See photo
Other rather unclean items in the room like the bathroom door which had hair stuck on it. See photo.
Kids rough housing and screaming in the pool, arcade, and hallways outside our room.
We could hear every single time the elevator was called.

Children probally shouldn't be allowed to run up and down the hallways scream and slam doors past 2am unchaperoned - but beside that it was a pretty good single night vacation.

The rooms were very clean and well kept. A bit disappointed with the pool area. It was dark and needed more lighting inside the pool area. In the pool as well. It was a bit of a turn off for my kids. Otherwise it was good.

Terrible service, sold a bait and switch on the water slides being open, then the staff continued to be difficult about everything.

Hotel should post the height requirement of 48" to use the waterslide. For people coming from a different country they may not know this "state rule". We travelled 7 hours specifically to use the waterslide only to learn that one of our children was a couple inches shy of this requirement. My son was extremely disappointed and this ruined our vacation. The slides that were available to him were for babies/toddlers and he didn't find them exciting. I would never booked at this hotel had I know my son could not use the slide and I certainly wouldn't have paid that much money. I could have saved hundreds and stayed at a hotel with pool only and probably had much better rooms. Possibly a room with a view and not the wall of the waterpark which we had to look at but could not use. I also did not appreciated the attitude and rudeness of the staff when I asked questions and tried to get more information. The next day I spoke with a supervisor who was much informative and kind but staff the night we arrived were extremely rude.

Sylvalyn, the manager, was an absolute nightmare to work with. I dont know what shes going through, but it does not justify her condescending behavior towards customers.

Was coming down for a family vacation but water Park closes at 12pm on Suns. Had to book a stay at Great Wolf lodge.
