Customer service is lacking at Maple Grove in my experience. Website showed a lawn mower in stock when I asked they would not even check, just said "yeah.. I don't think we have it"

They’ve got all the home and garden stuff you could ever need. Seems like a lot of the new staff is inexperienced and unhelpful.

Frustration level was at 100!
God help you if you go into the Contractor services department and meet a fellow name Mauricio. I wish someone would’ve warned me. I’ll keep it to facts: 1) He was extremely rude and almost yelling at me while I was trying to obtain service and purchase over $1000 in materials. 2) He deliberately sabotaged my paperwork by putting a random name that wasn’t mine as well as a wrong email and phone number that I did not give him.
Hopefully Management can reach out to me and fix this issue, this is not OK from any company, especially a $1 billion company!

Purchased a water softener online due to VA discount. Received an email stating it was ready. I come get it and gave them information. I sat for 30 minutes with no word. I walked back to check to see if they have them in stock. Talked to a Home Depot person. Didn’t know where it was. I walked back to the front to cancel the order and It was sitting next to the person the whole time. The following day my order amount was increased. Called Home Depot. Checked Home Depot app and PayPal all show the increase but the person at Home Depot says it was never changed. I got nowhere and still out the change. Buyer beware of changes to what you are charged.
The issue is no sorry, no explanation. If it was a mistake, just tell me and that’s cool. But their system information is different than the app which leads to a true issue.

Buy something online with gift card , they refunded , made me come in store for refund , and the refund I can’t use online anywhere . They should have given me a gift card back . Crooks and a waste of my time

The staff during the day is much more helpful than evening staff. They get the 2 stars. But don't ever buy a floor model anything, because they destroy the box and throw away directions. And they expect you to disassemble and figure out how to get it home. If there's only one person at the customer service department for picking up an order already paid for, expect to wait a half hour because they won't bother to call anyone upfront to help until there's no one left waiting. And don't bother asking anyone else for help from any other department yourself, because they will just stare at you like you're asking them to break the rules by going outside of their Department. After waiting for over 30 minutes, my husband finally found someone to help us after passing by 4 or 5 other staff who just ignored him completely or said they couldn't help and kept walking. I will never go back to this location again. Completely incompetent staff after 4:00PM

I was not very happy with the experience I had with shopping for flooring. In the past, whenever I had flooring done in my home, the company came to my home to help me select my carpeting. Not here. I had to go to the store and pick out my own and the gentleman working in flooring the day I was there was no help at all. Then I had to come home and call my selections in but because I had no help in the store, I didn’t have the right information needed when I called in. I finally got that settled and then came the install. As long as Home Depot continues to use Crew 2 for this, I will no longer use them. What a hassle that was. Once the installers actually installed my carpet, it was done well but they have such poor communication skills and are very rude to their customers. Very dissatisfied all around.

I visited this location today to purchase a new Ryobi drill. I seen an advertisement offer. Ryobi had going on for Ryobi days. Where are you? Purchased a starter kit and you receive one free tool of your choosing in relation to what they offered after going through the checkout, I realized it was not, giving the free price as it had advertised it would so I asked for an associate to come over the older white lady in the self check out me like I was a thief. She literally got an associate to come assist. We figured out the problem solved it she was breathing down my neck Nonstop for the remainder of my time at the checkout literally, I could feel her hot breath on my neck. She went through my bags and my shopping cart on the kiosk more than five times I don’t know what she was looking for, but when I asked her if I could please pay and ask her to move, she demanded she was only doing her job and I said OK well can you finish up what you need to do for your job so that I may pay my total was $400 Under 397 or something this woman legitimately made me feel as if I was a suspect of theft. I have $300,000 in my bank account. I just sold my house hence why I’m buying tools for the purchase of the new house I will never shop at this location again she treated me as though less than I’m assuming because of the clothes that I was in and I didn’t have make up on and , I look like I just got out of the gym probably but sorry I’m a widow. I have five children that are all teenagers and don’t really got too much time to run home and change my attire per store that I need to stop at this place is absolutely ridiculous. Never felt so humiliated in my life.

We wanted to buy 200 lb shelves for our garage and asked customer service to call someone to help get them off the shelves, they told us to go to Pro services which said they don't do it so we got it off the shelf ourselves. Then, we waited 20 minutes to get someone to help us load them into my car, and then the guy went and helped someone after us first! So frustrating!

Really struggled to get help here. Self checkout at a hardware store is sucky, too. Finding things is a real struggle.
