This is to thank Ms. Helen at HOME DEPOT Maple Groove MN. for her extraordinary service for my recent order.I live in California and have a rental property in St. Michael , MN. that required a new water softener. Helen helped me get Home Depot Credit Card, place an order for my requirement and arranged for an installer. This is a 5-star service done all on the phone. I realize we are going through a pandemic but the service for ordering items online to be picked up has been awful. My husband waited a half hour for our order and when the guy brought it out it was wrong so he waited another 20 minutes. If you are going to offer a service get the staff for it or don’t offer it. I also ordered an item online and had to cancel it because it never came and they couldn’t find it using tracking. Will not be going to Home Depot anymore.

My family and I are NOT happy campers. All was going well until install Friday by Crew2. Home Depot came out and measured, quoted, & sold carpet in 2 rooms and 2 sets of stairs in my home. They already have my money, now I need to wait another 2 weeks + to have it finished because the measurement was off. This was ONLY found when the carpet was ripped up with new tack strips and metal plating was put down. We have to live with tack strips and just a pad down for 2-3 week

They stopped selling what I needed in the store’s garden section so an employee placed my order online to have it sent to the store. Waited 5 days for my order to be ready, picked up my order... order was wrong, so I had to return it and place a new order... now I have to wait 5 MORE days, and they don’t have a rush option when they make a mistake. The person who helped me was very sweet, but the process sucks butt...

Best Tool Rental service out of all Home Depot in the cities . Otto was very informational on equipments and proper way to use. He gave me steps by step instructions. Mike - the tech that fixed my lawnmower was friendly and helpful . These guys are the best !

In the northwest metro we have a problem with home stores. I have been to all three variations Lowe's, Menards and Home Depot and when you are looking for something specific that might be tougher than a simple home repair you want to get some help and advice. My experience here has been the staff are hard to find, I have twice bought items that weren't correct for the replacement part needed with specifications provided and many times feel like the workers don't care. I am certain some customers are rude, I am not! I am certain some are entitled, certain rings in the metro have abundance of those people, I am not! I simply want good customer service. After this last trip and having a repeat performance on assistance I was hassled exiting the store by someone trying to peddle additional products: I'm amazed these big stores stay in business.

Very disappointed with Home Depot! I bought a laundry pair online and needed to return an unused piece of installation supplies. Apparently, I went to the wrong brick and mortar store to return something! WHAT?!?! I bought it ONLINE!! Wasted time, gas, and energy to be told to go to an entirely different town to do the return! Absurd! May never shop here again! Note: the young lady at the return desk did her best and tried to solve the problem. She was very nice.

Ordered carpet and installation but lead installer did not speak any English and there policy is only one of the installers needs to speak English so we had to communicate through his helper but the lead guy was giving me just a crappy attitude . They cut carpet wrong in the bed room so now wait two week to order new carpet and now carpet is in but installers won't come out to install the carpet because it's too small of a job . What a friken joke Home Depot sucks
