This is our 13 yo daughters (and her bff's) favorite store of all time! Super friendly staff always great us with a smile and are happy to help out! We shop there quite frequently and have never been disappointed. Highly recommend!

Very welcoming staff. The store is organized, clean, and well stocked.
As a neurodivergent, this is my favorite hot topic store. The music is not too loud. There's good flow for customer movement while shopping. Staff are very helpful, but not overbearing. Parking is a breeze. Atmosphere is great.
