The Huntington worker lied to me and told me a new debit card is coming and will take 10 business days. After waiting and receiving nothing, I called Huntington. The lady over the phone told me that it was just locked and she could unlock it. Unbelievable.

When TCF bank was bought by Huntington, it seemed to become the worst bank ever. My account number changed, when I make a deposit it doesn't show it im my accouht away. Some people couldn't get money out of the ATM, Maybe it will get better...

How about you change your faulty ATM machine in the drive thru that cannot read checks? This is the 12th time this has happened to me over six months. I literally will never come back.

This local branch is like a ghost town when you walk in. On one visit they had shut down the lobby because they basically only have 3 employees. When I asked why they didn't answer my voicemail they said they don't have access to it. What kind of business doesn't have access to their own voicemail? I just discovered the Federal Reserve Bank found that Huntington had shorted us over $1000 when we cashed in savings bonds.

Without wasting too much of the readers time, Pretty much everything about this place sucks. I particularly find it ridiculous that they changed the TCF account and routing numbers and made customers update their information to every single one of their creditors. Not cool.

I went to deposit two checks in the ATM and the money never came into my account and nothing saying that it was pending. I called the customer service line and they had my on the phone for almost 20 minutes to get me a claim number. I honestly don't believe I'll receive the money that was deposited. Terrible bank. I'll go back to US Bank!

This is the absolute WORST bank out there!! I'm moving my account to a bank that has more than 1 employee in the whole building and knows how to treat customers. Teller was rude, dismissive, nasty and sooo unprofessional. Acted like he was doing me a favor, refused to respond to call button while I sat for 15 minutes in drive through wondering if there was ANYONE even in the building. Said there was a line inside but when I gave up on drive through and went inside there was no line! He outright lied. Horrible place so advise everyone to close their accounts and move to a reputable bank.

The tellers are below average on customer service, but I changed my one star to a three star because the branch manager at this particular bank was exceptionally professional and helpful in helping me close my account. He was honest and apologetic, and competent at his job. I was very pleased with his professionalism and humble attitude towards me.

This is the second time I've used the Drive-thru in the last week. The teller wasn't very professional, I wasn't greeted all she said to me was I'll be right back nor was a asked which account did I want me money placed into. She did ask me how much it was, but she didn't verify. She then put the money in the account that I didn't want it in. What happened to ask which account would you like your money to go into? And a simple good afternoon would be nice too.
