Brought bracelet in for repair was done terribly. No one let me know it was ready nothing. Bracelet broke again in two months.

I love coming to this location of Jared. In the Minneapolis St. Paul area I feel it has the best selection of high-quality jewelry. Some of the others do not have the same selection of Levian and Loose diamonds. They also have a wonderful selection of gold jewelry for women and men. The staff is always so helpful and kind. While I was here, I decided to do a trade-in and was extremely happy with the purchase I had and the ease in finding my new piece. The trade went so smooth and quick. I was absolutely astonished.Thank you so much for your guys’s help.

The ring was great, service from staff and manager was also great but I financed some of the ring I bought and was not told about how big of a scam there finically service was or anything really about it for that matter other then it would be interest free for 12 months and what a joke first bill had 71 bucks in interest and charged me for sending me a paper bill 2.99 and every bill since. Didn't even have a way to set up paperless billing and by the 3rd bill and making 2 payments I owed 100 bucks more then what I borrowed I read the contract and the very first sentence in the contract says no interest if payed in full within 12 months idk how there math works but IT WASNT MATHING called billing 3 times and they told me that my next bill will show its been fixed and credited to my account but never was they just kept charging things like 2.99 for billing, 3.00 for interest 9.00 just for calling to figure out what the charges are for like wtf never again. I honestly believe there needs to be an investigation into Jared's finically system because its a scam 100% do not ever use it worst experience I've ever had with a credit card company. Also something to note if your in this situation just pay it all off or get a loan cause its literally a scam or maybe its fraud cause none of this is in the contract I signed the interest charges alone should be considered fraud because of the agreement. Needless to say just save your money or outright buy whatever your looking at DO NOT FINANCE through them.

I was going to buy some earrings here but sadly, along with many of the other reviews here, I also have to say the service was terrible. I went in twice and most of the employees are not all that helpful. I will say that Ellie (was friendly and helpful) was also helping me when my associate looked like she wanted to be anywhere but there...(unfortunately Ellie was not my sales associate:/) .My sales associate was not friendly or helpful. The First time I was there I tried to just give grace and thought she may just be having a bad day,. However, both times I was there she lacked friendliness or interest in helping me. And I never heard back from her or anyone else about some earrings they were checking on for me... But in general, there are not a lot of smiles or help from the staff in this store. I went over to Wedding Day and had amazing service there and will not be shopping at Jared for any more jewelry.

In June of 2023 we purchased a 3 stone saphire, diamond encrusted ring from this store for $1795.00. We took it back today to upgrade to a more expensive ring only learn that there are no exchanges allowed for gem stone rings ( other than diamonds). We took the ring to another reputable jeweler who advised us it was worth $135.00 Beware of what you're getting. We won't shop at Jared's again and will advise others the same.

Had an heirloom ring resized and unfortunately needed a repair within a couple weeks of picking it up. They listened to my concerns and frustration and went above and beyond with the repair. I'm overjoyed with the final outcome! Thank you so much!

I wish I could remember the name of the person who helped me, but she is awesome! She first assisted me with replacing an engagement ring my wife and I had lost many years before. She was able to guide me (a dumb man) through the process and helped me find a PERFECT match to my wife's wedding band and looked to be nearly identical to the engagement ring we lost years ago.
This time, with my wife in tow, she was again very awesome in helping us find a perfect gift for our adult daughter. She explained the process we or our daughter could follow in upgrading her new diamond stud earrings, throughout her life. We will continue to make the hike and return to this location for this service. Thank you!

I went in last week after my wedding ring broke after 8 years. Eder helped me find a new platinum ring at about 20% cheaper than the other jewelers. He was super informative and helpful and genuinely seemed interested in helping me make the right decision. It was a give and take consultation. I’ve received a shockingly amount of compliments on my new ring. Eder also remembered me immediately as I walked on my 2nd visit after shopping around . Great experience

Most horrible experience of my life. Never coming back here again. The staff acted as if I didn't exist and totally ignored me. I was waiting on the staff to help for about 10 to 15 minutes but they continued to act as if i wasnt there. Not to mention they werent busy with other customers and one of the employees was just playing on her phone right in front of me. Horrible, horrible staff. A few customers came in after me and the staff asked them if they needed help and greeted them right away. I felt as if they didn't want to help me because they didn't think I was going to be able to afford anything. I was willing to drop a good amount of money but nope, I'm taking my money elsewhere and taking it to people who actually care about their customers and not based off how they are dressed or looked. MOST HORRIBLE ANDSNOBBISH STAFF EVER. I WILL NEVER SHOP AT ANOTHER JARED EVER AGAIN.

I recently went and the workers never acknowledged me nor greeted me, but once someone else walked in they ran over
to them and instantly greeted them and helped them! The workers are very judgmental and only help customers when they want to. 🙄🙄🙄

I worked with Eder and Lynn and can’t find the words to describe how grateful I am for both of them. They made buying an engagement ring the most fun and easy process ever. The knowledge and expertise is unmatched. I couldn’t say enough good things about these two. Would highly highly recommend to anyone in the market you won’t be disappointed. Can’t wait to buy other items from them in the future :)
