I liked going to Kohl's. They did not have anything I wanted. I am shorter than 5'3" so petites don't fit. I am larger than a size 12 children and much more mature. I wasted my time. Oh well.

Kohls Maple Grove is our go to for almost everything in our home. The team or staff is wonderful and the Manager named Michelle is so pleasant and makes you feel welcome. She takes care of the branch so well. The store is also clean, easy to navigate and
the selections are great! When there is a promo, it makes everything sweeter! Definitely our favorite store!

Have you ever walked into a store and instantly felt like you were being watched?! I mean, yeah, security and all, but this time it felt soooooo uncomfortable. I've never in my life been greeted at the entrance of a Kohl's store ever by an employee so very loudly. "Hi guys! Welcome to Kohl's!" At first I thought, wow, hopefully she greets everyone else who walks in that exact same way. Obviously not. It was just a bit awkward. Even my kids felt like it was weird. The cashier lady was extremely nice too. What great service eh? LOL Anyways, we shopped around and bought our stuff and left. Just couldn't help to feel like we were treated like shoplifters or something. It sure made our shopping experience at this store very uncomfortable and we shop Kohl's all the time. Just not this location.

I visited the kohls in Maple grove today. Michelle checked me out at the register. Not only did she greet me warmly, she.is such a positive person. She was so helpful, patient and just fun. I wish all the staff mirrored her positivity.

We checked out with Bachu today. She is such a delight! Friendly, great sense of humor, such a nice smile. The Kohl's associates are so helpful. We love to shop at Kohl's. Thanks for hiring such great people.

Kohls Maple Grove is a great store !
Lots of selection and great sale prices too! I have to give a shout out to the cashier's there especially gal who seems to be in charge of them! She keeps the line moving and always says thanks for your patience! But I think they do an excellent job of keeping the line moving! Fast and efficient!

Great atmosphere, great staff, and great food! First time there, and it will not be our last. It may, in fact, become a regular stop. Highly recommend the fried pork sandwich, you won't be disappointed!

Point of sale rep pushed the credit card very hard. I repeatedly told them I'm not interested and asked to just complete the transaction. After telling them no 3 times and explaining that I was running late, they continued to push the credit card. I cancelled my entire transaction and left. I understand pushing credit cards in a retail space but when a customer repeatedly tells you No, it's best to listen.

Horrible service and store. Purchase stuff on “Sale”. The rack had the pricing right on there. When I went to pay, it didn’t ring up. I told them exactly where the rack was and explained there were many of this exact item on the rack. She said, well online it doesn’t show it. I had to walk myself back to the rack to take a photo and still she still did not budge. How is it that an entire rack is marked with a sale price, same brand, same item but still not honored because it was misplaced? They could have easily walked over to check the pricing instead of have me do it and I still believe the sale should have been honored. The entire rack was labeled. It’s not the consumers fault you failed to label them correctly. Shame on them. No apologies for their mistake either. If then employee would have been nicer and just apologized for their mistake, I don’t think I would be this upset. Even my child asked why she was so rude to us because it showed the type of service we received

I did most of my last minute Christmas shopping at Khol's and the customer service was awesome! Although the lines were long they moved fast and no one was grumpy or rushed me when I got to the register. In fact, I opened up a Khol's card for the first time. I did have some returns and the customer service was awesome once again! Khol's will be The Holiday shopping store for this Grinch moving forward!
