Friendly checkout gal, smiley. The management went above to help me find a product at the last minute. The staff inside sephora also above & beyond with calling their own dermatologist to make sure I was getting the correct skin care product with the right indgrediants so i didnt end up combining the wrong indgrediants.I Felt like i was getting the Kardashian Royal treatment, the middle class version of it.Thank you staff!!!-The Queen of Kohls (for about 30 minutes yesterday)

Kohl's, as a whole, does not have clean restrooms. This location is by far the worst one I have seen. Feces all over the toilet seats and walls??. I have been to bars that have cleaner restrooms.

I like Kohls in general, just not going into the store and it’s mainly just this location. Everything is fine till you get to the checkout. The kohls card!! They must be taught to take 10 no’s and be rude to you if you don’t move forward. Every time I go in this happens with all the associates on the front end. Def online shopping if I make any purchases here again. Asking around, lots of folks feel the same way. I’m sure the company will give kudos to their front end for this comment but working in the retail industry in the past, even if a customer said no, your never rude to them. You don’t know ppls financial issues these days or if they’re making a big purchase, have bad credit, ect and for that reason have to publicly tell their story in front of everyone at the registers. Be better!

My wife and I visited the store to shop for her. Upon completing our selections, we were assisted at the checkout by a cashier named Janet. Janet's demeanor was exceptionally pleasant. She engaged in a delightful conversation with me and displayed remarkable hospitality. Additionally, I encountered another woman whom I suspect to be the manager, and she too exuded friendliness. In sum, the overall customer service I experienced was outstanding, and I look forward to returning to this location. Kudos to you, Janet, for your excellent work.

I Always have had a very good experience at Maple Grove Kohl's. They need to offer more size 8.5 in the shoe department. Can't ever seem to find any when I am in need.

Wierd vibe, mainly good experiences. Did get asked to leave before a purchase ($$$ value) because they were short staffed, interesting way to handle that IMO.

Is this a store policy situation? The checkout was weird. The young lady told me I could not take the toys I was about to buy out of the bag so that my kids can take them with them. She also was even packing the bags and putting them behind her as if I was a thief. When I asked for the toys so my kids could play with them, I was told "You technically have not purchased them yet" I questioned if it was a store policy, and of course, she seemed a bit unsettled and I don't want to be THAT customer, so I just told her I do not want her to get in trouble if it was store policy. She of course said since it was late at night, it is okay if I want, and she will grab the toys. At this point I already had my mind made up to just finish paying and then grab the toys afterward. I have been to many many stores and I have never had this happen.

I walked in and asked about mens watches. So I waited for about 2 minutes and out walked the store manager Abby. Abby is the sweetest employee and store manager I have ever encountered at a Kohl's location. She not only answered my questions but actually took the time to sit down and look at one of the instructions of a watch that was not working properly. I am pretty rugged with my watches because I am a firefighter. So she directed me to a watch that will be good for me. 10/10 would definitely be back just because of this customer service interaction. Abby should definitely get some recognition for this customer service experience tonight! I am also happy to say I walked out of the Maple Grove Kohl's location with a watch that Abby recommended and I liked because of the quality!

When I say I am not interested in signing up for the credit card I should only have to say no one time. Management if you are reading this, do not pressure your employees to sell credit cards because it is frustrating for the customer!
