I have never had worse service in my life in a LB store. I realize it's late for swimwear and stores don't get a lot of swimwear. We were on vacation and I forgot my suit. I went in to see if by some chance they might have one. When I asked if they had any the gal said I don't know let me check, rolled her eyes and walked away. We waited several minutes, watching her as she helped others and avoided me and my friend. She never said another word, and nobody approached us again. When I started towards her, she would turn her back to me and ignore me. I am a teacher. I have gotten a lot of my clothes from LB in the past. I won't in the future.

I was welcomed immediately with the most beautiful, authentic greeting and it made me feel at ease to ask for help. The two ladies helped me find the dresses I was looking for and were super helpful helping me select which one to choose for a wedding. I really appreciated the experience. I’ve always had good experiences but today was exceptional. Thank you!

I had ordered something in store that they were getting shipped in store. I went to go pick it up and when I got home and opened the package it wasn't the correct item. I called the store and they told me to call customer service to deal with it. I called customer service and they told me to call the store. So I called the store back and asked if they could order the pants and when the pants are in I would come pick them up and return the item I had gotten since it would be an additional 50 minute drive. The person I spoke with said she couldn't help but she would have me talk to the manager. Well I guess she never put me on hold because I could hear the whole conversation between her and the manager. The manager was very rude and unprofessional saying "this kind of thing happens, get over it it's not that far to drive." I hung up and called the Edina location and they were more than helpful and resolved everything right away. I will never return to this location.

Our local LB closed. After the fiasco I just experienced with three different people in their online customer service....I have a feeling LB is a sinking ship! Between dropping the ball and not following through, I'm done with them.FYI if you pay for expedited shipping and they don't meet the deadline,you are entitled to a full refund without having to return the item, by law!

Why are people always on the phone? I never get any help. There was an older woman who I assume is the sm she is so rude she didn't even acknowledge me.

Half of the store is bras and underwear they carry very little merchandise, your better off shopping on line. This store is only good for returning merchandise.

If I could leave a 0 star or negative stars I would. Every time I go in I am never greeted and if I am its always the young girls and never the middle aged women , the workers don’t look at you or acknowledge you are there and it’s just sad. If it was a one time this I’d let it slide but this is the millionth time and I was the only one in the store. I just left now and it will be the last time I won’t be returning. Please Do better. Don’t know how this place stays in business

Maple Grove Lane Bryant location is my favorite! Been shopping there for years. Joy is always smiling and has wonderful customers service skills. The staff is always engaging with us customers. Always enjoy stopping in.

I'm disappointed that Lane Bryant doesn't carry the bra that I used to get. I don't care for any the the bras they carry now. I will be looking for a new store to purchase my bras.
