UPDATE - I called support. They transferred me to a different support who could not help me and acted surprised that I had called them. Lowes is even dropping the ball when they are trying to help make up for it.
Do no trust lowes with your project and do not let them talk you into getting their credit card. It is a scam.
Let me share our heartbreaking experience with Lowes - a cautionary tale that I hope will save others from the frustration and deceit we endured.
My home renovation dream turned into an absolute nightmare when I trusted Lowes with our flooring project. The incompetence was staggering - they consistently failed at even the basic aspects of the job. Imagine my dismay when they couldn't even get the simple measurements right, ordering insufficient quantities of everything: the wrong quarterround, not enough tile, and missing transition pieces for the doorways.
The embarrassment continued as two separate contractors took one look at the situation and walked away, realizing they didn't have the proper tools for the job. When Lowes finally found someone willing to take on the project, they were forced to stop mid-installation due to the tile shortage. Our home was left in disarray, our timeline completely derailed.
But the most devastating betrayal came from their deceptive financing practices. They convinced us to open their credit card with an enticing promise of 0% interest for 24 months, instead of paying cash as we had planned. Don't fall for this trap like we did. Here's the cruel twist: even though we made consistent payments to clear the loan within the term, they manipulated the system by applying our payments to regular Lowes purchases first, causing us to unknowingly default on the promotional loan. This calculated scheme is nothing short of predatory.
Please, learn from my painful experience. Keep your hard-earned money and peace of mind far away from Lowes' credit card and renovation services. You deserve better than to be treated with such disrespect and dishonesty.

I usually shop at home depot because it's closer. We were in Maple Grove and I needed some trim, so we decided to stop at Lowes. I needed to cut off 2 feet so it would fit in my vehicle. They said trim will splinter, so they won't cut it. I asked if I could cut it myself after I bought it, nope. They rolled their eyes at me as I was leaving. Ended up snapping the trim in the parking lot.
Never going back there.

Returned... Waiting on credit back.
It's not a good experience at all. I should have bought my pellet grill from Amazon, but I thought I would buy it locally. SMH, I got tired of the back and forth dealing with Lowes in person. I drove there twice, which is about 35 min drive each way. Still left with nothing. Website says you have the grill. I get there. You all don't even know if you have it. Then you go in back and search and find it up on a shelf, but you don't have the staff to get it down. I leave and am almost home. Then they called me and told me they got it down. I go back the next day. The staff has no idea where it is. Then it's put together, which it will not fit in my trunk like that. What a total mess. They told me if you sign up for Lowes card your first purchase, you would get 20 % off. I got tired of driving back and forth. So I ordered on their website to have it delivered. It only gave me 5% off. So still up in the air whether I am going to keep it cause I don't appreciate being lied to. If I keep it, I will just pay it off and cut up the card. I don't see myself going back cause it was a total sh show. Total chaos and total pain in the ....

Had a awful experience with Trina the customer service staff at Maple Grove location. Very rude over the phone. Angela the store manager needs to train this staff to be polite.

Went to the Maple Grove store with my daughter to purchase a storage shed. She walked up to the two associates standing in appliances and asked if they could order the shed for her. There was absolutely no one else around. They declined and said that we needed to go to the checkout line to order it, which is not true! I identified myself as a Lowe’s associate, showing them my ID from another store, and I asked them to order it for me.They chuckled and said that I should ring it up myself then! I said you’ve got to be kidding me, you’re not going to help us? They said nope and then pointed to the front and walked away. Extremely rude and lazy. My daughter could not believe the lack of customer service we experienced. I was embarrassed for Lowe’s. You would never be treated this way at the Plymouth store!!!

I purchased a clothes dryer and had it delivered and installed
It did not work
They hauled away my old dryer so now I’m without a dryer
Lowe’s said they will replace it but it will take a week
I am handicapped and can’t get to a laundry mat
Customer service doesn’t seem to care
I will never buy an appliance from them again

Spent all day today waiting for a snowblower to be delivered and no one ever showed up. Watched the tracking and was told it was on the truck to be delivered with no one in sight. Finally called the store and was told that THIS MORNING there was a mixup with serial numbers and our delivery wouldn’t be coming today. The rep told us it was the managers job to contact us and let us know it wasn’t coming. It should’ve never been marked as out for delivery by the company in the first place if it never got placed on the truck, wasted our whole day for nothing.
