We bought a new fridge (Frigidaire 27.2-cu ft 4-Door French Door Refrigerator with Ice Maker ) from them via online.Was excited about it and end up with tons of disappointment about the service and treatment from Lowes.1st - Delivery is bad. We chatted with the online chat about what we needed to have the installation done by them. End up, on the delivery day, the two-delivery guy said they are not going to do the installation till the copper tube is removed. So, they just stood there and wait for us to get the copper tube removed.What if we having issue to get it removed or not knowing how to remove it? Does that mean we won't have got it installed????2nd - Damaged our ledge (which I spent lot of time to get it painted and look nice) during the delivery. Now, the surface is uneven and with discoloration. They said they going to submit the property damage claim. So far, no answered. Does that mean it was just talk???3rd - The fridge they sent initially have freezer drawer issue. But we didn’t find that out till next day due to the delivery guy said we should let it stabilize for 12 hours. Then Lowes said we have to have Frigidaire send someone else out to fix it.So, what is the installation service they gave? They didn’t even check all the drawer installed properly, and not even make sure the fridge is level. End up, just telling us to call the manufacturer because we have 1 year warranty.4th – Called them and they kept saying the policy was 48 hours for returns, unless you have Lowes card or protection plan.When we made the order online, we don’t really see the 48 hours. Maybe is on FINE prints, and we missed it. They argument from them is they have the policy and how come we DID NOT see it.Come one…48 hours??? 48 hours minus 12 hours (for stabilizer), remaining 36 hours. This 36 hour includes 2 days nights and they only available for a call for only 9.5 hours a day.5th – Cosmetic issue on the freezer drawer., also the fridge is giving us a buzzing sound periodically and irritating my ears.All these issues, and Lowes just telling us talk/contact manufacturer because we over the 48 hours return/exchange window, and the lady said Lowes is just third party to sell the fridge on behalf of the manufacturer. But the fridge I received is came from Maple Grove store., and is not directly from the manufacturer. And why do you wan to blame everything on the manufacturer?If Lowes is just a third-party, then why to buy from them?What kind of service that Lowes give to the customer? I really feel like I got cheated and wasn’t treat nicely with all these hidden (FINE print) 48 hours policy.With less than a month, we have to deal with all these., and Lowes won’t do anything, Just take our money and say goodbye customer and have life.To me, I will avoid doing business with Lowes from today on. I will advise you not to as well, unless you are the VIP customer.

I love Lowes! They have everything I need. I buy alot of boxes here to ship care packages to churches and the needy, in Bogota, Colombia. The price is great for the boxes, wish shipping was cheaper. But I have never had a box tear open. Of course, I buy my tape here for sealing them. They ship from here to Jersey, to Miami and on to South America, they get there complete, every time! I love Lowe's!!

Denise bailed me out. Brenna took my order. Reese mixed the paint. Hayley answered the phone. This Lowes fixed a mixup and delivered my Valspar samples same day by noon. Incredible service. Thank you, Denise.

I ordered 6 interior doors for my house from this Lowe's, and they were received in poor condition.Scuff marks, dented edges, chipping..Zero packaging or protection for the doors, no boxes or cardboard between the doors. Just 6 doors stacked on the back of a delivery truck..Do better Lowes.

Had a great experience here! There was ample staff and I got very specific advice about nuanced questions. Compared to the Plymouth Lowe's, it seemed to be better in terms of folks who are available to help or ready to be approached. Would recommend stopping here if possible!

I’m not from Maple Grove but I had a project in the area that was, challenging. Taking a custom door configuration for a retail space and making standard for turnover back to the landlord. 6 trips I made to this Lowe’s. Scott in the hardware/tool area was there for every damn trip. He was very helpful and gave me a comically hard time after #3, but he was with me every step of the way. Taking parts that are off the shelf and making them fit is rough. Scott helped me put my vision together while making a personal connection. I talked to multiple other people who were great as well, but didn’t catch their name. There was a young man in self checkout on 12/19 between 10-2 that was great to work with. He even helped me get the supplies I dropped behind the checkout.Good people at this location.

I’m giving 5 stars for the buying experience itself. I bought a new washer and dryer and the process was very easy. Frank was extremely helpful and explained everything in detail.I am giving 1 star to the delivery process. I was told three different times that I would receive a phone call the night before the scheduled delivery day to give me a four hour window, that never happened. I was texted a link to confirm my address, which I did. About five hours later, I received a phone call to confirm my address, which I did again. The caller then also told me I would receive a phone call later in the day to give me that four hour window for the next day. Again, that never happened.Today, the day of the delivery, I was sent a link saying that my delivery was on its way and when I clicked the link, I was asked for my email address and my order number, both of which I verified with my paperwork and was told my order could not be found. There is a significant problem with whoever is contracting deliveries for Lowe’s.*Edit: the delivery was great, the guys were friendly, professional and efficient. The issue is definitely with office / dispatch.

It's fine as long as you don't need help. If you do, you might get lucky and find the one employee who i think they staff. Very challenging to find anyone to assist.

If you want any type of help before or after purchase, don't go to Lowe's. whatever others have said about Lowe's good customer service are dead wrong. don't know what is worse trying to do online or phone connection- all bad!
