Gave them a call an asked if they mount used tires because 90% of tire places won’t mount used tires they had no problem doing them dropped them off at 7pm an they were done an ready to go next morning great service an great ppl would definitely recommend if you need some new or used tires put on they are they place.

I used to go here all the time. Recently though a number of the pumps are broken or pay inside. More recently they were only taking cash and today all the pumps say pay inside only.

Even though I own my own mobile mechanic service business I like to stop in places to get my truck serviced. I have to say the mechanic they have up there working knows his stuff and was able to help me out with something I didn’t know about truck and took care of it. Thanks again Matt Highly knowledgeable and I highly recommend this place!

I have been going to this location for years. I'm trying to support it as it's locally owned. We'll after taking my car to have an oil change and tire rotation, I will never use their service department ever again. When I picked up my car, it showed no work being done. It stated my oil wasn't changed via my electronics. It had no sticker in it, and all 4 of my tires were low. I brought the car back to address as it was almost 200.00. That is when it turned bad. The service tech spent over an hour trying to figure out how to reset things, and he then reset everything, everything!!! Then, he proceeded to state he had never worked on BMW and should have never touched it. He then stopped talking to me...as now my engine light was on. Then, the service admin guy came out and threw the paperwork at me and turned around, and walked away. At that time, a nice lady who was putting air in her tires apologized and said, "You need to call the police." Which I did. I also had to call my dad up, as these 2 men were absolutely horrible to me. Multiple customers experience it, including the very nice lady on the gas station side. She tried so hard to get a manager to come in, but no luck. It was truly a horrible experience. I am very concerned about what they did/didn't do, and it was clear they don't treat women well. Even my elderly dad had to lay into the guy to get him to pay attention. I can't believe the way these 2 men talked to me, when it was apparent they didn't know what or how to do their job. The service guy said multiple times, " I don't know BMWs and should have never touched it." Stay away!

Tim and his team do an excellent job. I like how quick they are and honest they are. If repairs are not needed, they will say so. I feel like they treat my cars as if it was their own. Maple Grove BP has earned a customer for life. I would highly recommend them to anyone.
