I want to share my experience. I came here for an oil change, but since I had a new car, the system showed a different model and by mistake the wrong filter was installed. It was late in the evening and everything was done in a hurry. As a result, when I drove to another state, oil started leaking, which turned into a serious problem. It was cold outside, and every 20–25 minutes I had to stop and add more oil until we made it. At another shop they discovered the issue, it was just the wrong filter. They fixed it and the car worked fine again.
When I came back to Minnesota and explained the situation, this shop completely reimbursed me for all the oil I had to buy on the road. I was really impressed by their customer service. Everyone makes mistakes. What matters most is how a company handles them.
Since then I have already done 3 or 4 more oil changes here and everything has been perfect. Special thanks to Ryan. He is someone who stands behind his work, admits mistakes and keeps improving the service. I truly trust this place and gladly give them 5 stars. Thank you for caring about your customers.

Maple Grove Tire & Service is the only place I trust for oil changes or any work on my vehicle. I have a Jeep, and after being completely taken advantage of by the dealership in Shakopee — even with a service plan — I will never go back there.
At Maple Grove Tire & Service, they go out of their way to take exceptional care of their clients. I’ve had some interesting service needs (like thinking there might be mice in my car), and they did a detailed inspection to reassure me. After my bad dealership experience, they even double-checked work for my peace of mind, without hesitation.
They are kind, honest, and thorough, and I feel 100% safe that they will never take advantage of me — no stereotypical “girl getting her car worked on” nonsense here. They have truly earned my trust and appreciation more than I can even express in this review. Why anyone would go anywhere else, I do not know.

These guys are the best. I've been taking all my vehicles to them since 2015. They've always taken care of me and been able to rectify all my vehicle issues. Great customer service and you can't beat their value. You'll be happy to do business with them..

This is my home shop. The reasons why I like them is:
- They are reasonably priced ($400 dollars less on an alternator repair than other shops)
- Ryan (owner) is honest (telling me that a repair could be done easily at home with a friend/youtube instead of spending money at the shop)
- A part replaced on my car failed due to a faulty supplier issue only six months in and they quickly provided a reasonable refund.
I drive used cars, and I appreciate the service at this shop.

THEY'LL USE YOUR VEHICLE TO PICK UP OTHER CUSTOMERS!!! Without your permission.
I find it understandable if they drive your car to get lunch, run an errand etc. if there is an intermittent problem that only happens under certain circumstances and they drive it to try and replicate the problem. However, my car was in for brakes and rotors and they took it to PICK UP ANOTHER CUSTOMER!!!
Why didn't they take their own car? Good question. All I know is I was getting a family discount and that's not enough incentive to have me trust them to bring my car back again. I'll pay full price and take my business elsewhere.

We have been going to Maple Grove Goodyear since the day the doors opened. Ryan and his crew have taken such good care of us. We don't take our vehicles anywhere else except here. They're real professionals.

Happend 2nd time. After the tire repair, they didn't tighten the lugnust enough. First time when. It happened, I told them nicely and they said they will make sure it will not happen again to anyone. This happend again and could be very dangerous. Was with family on hwy when noticed sound and car shaking. Been their customer for more than 10 years. Never going there again.

My family has been trusting our cars with Tire & Services for years. I never go anywhere else for anything over an oil change. They are honest in their work, prices, and if they can fix the issue or not. Staff are always friendly and passionate about their work.

Been bringing our cars there for years. Last couple of years, always had issues. Both cars were sent home with a flat tire after a tire change. On the last car, issue is still not resolved. Keep losing 10psi a day on the same tire. Avoid this place.
