Another store you have to watch one price on shelves and another at register! Clearly marked 7.99 then rings up 9.99 ( nothing to do with their 11% price marking confusion) then you tell the teller of the error they don’t believe you. I asked for teller to come look she can’t be bothered so sends me back waiting for someone to help me they never come. I finally get back to register and tell the teller I’m upset for the inconvenience and instead of just apologizing for the inconvenience gets rude and uses 3different excuses. Then says “wow” to me because I’m visibly annoyed for the 15 minutes of my time wasted. I know it’s only $2 but price gauging and marking one price at shelf and a different price ringing up isn’t right! Customer Service is truly lacking here.

Great service! Ask any team member for anything and they know exactly where it is - no matter what it is!! Love my local Menards. Maple Grove location is easily accessible, plenty of parking and inventory.

These people are rude. they're nothing but ignorant people at this Menards. I will never patronize this chain of stores again in my life. There are other places that like money better
Update 8/27/24 I've never been back to any Menards sense and I'll never be back.

Employees run away from customers as soon they see them ,. I went to the store Friday afternoon May 17 ., l was looking for help finding an item but was hard to get help . I had to go a different store .

We WERE weekly shoppers at Menards but after this last trip we are taking our business elsewhere. So incredibly disappointed in Menards return policy. We bought a Troy Built Chipper Shredder Vacuum. First my husband had to fix parts that were pre installed upside-down. Then we tried it out by taking 2 passes on our lawn and found it was not a machine that would work for us. Because we put gas in it ( the only way I know to have a gas powered engine run) they will not take it back. We have to go through a bunch of hoops to show it doesn't work...the engine runs but it won't work on a hilly yard.And there isn't enough suction to be effective. So now we have a $500 paperweight.
They also told us that the reason they won't take it back is because people buy stuff, use it and return it. I didn't like the implication that are were crooks.

Using Menards Maple Grove for my business stuff, and they're awesome. Their pickup is super fast, always ready in less than an hour, which keeps my work going smoothly. The pickup is easy too – just scan a barcode and you're out. Saves me a ton of time.The best part is how helpful everyone is. If you've got a return or any issue, Kay at the front desk is my go-to. She’s great. And the pickup team, Jack and Christina to name a few, make sure everything runs like clockwork, I can text them directly, they've got my items ready to go. Top notch service. Highly recommend them for anyone needing reliable and quick service.

Nicely located hardware store in Maple Grove. Used to have signs hanging up indicating their promise to no wait in line, yet now its only a wait every time. Staff regularly seems understaffed and not many people knowledgeable and or willing to help.Plenty of parking available out front. Biggest complaint is all of the heavily weathered materials you'll find in the inconvenient lumber yard.

Menards Maple Grove is a location I don't go to often, but it has a huge selection of food, which is AWESOME! check out allll of my photos! I usually go to the location near my home, in Crystal. This store is so clean, and I love all the red tag prices. We bought a lot of food here today. We also got stuff for electric projects too, but there's no 11% for rebates? Why not?

It’s a love hate relationship with Menards. I love it, my bank account hates it. Spectacular place to shop, great variety of items they sell and amazing deals / sales. Don’t remember the last time I shopped at Home Depot or Lowe’s. All my home shopping gets done at Menards.
