The Minneapolis Northwest KOA Journey is a beautiful, clean, and relaxing suburban oasis with 20 acres of maples, oaks, and lush lawns. It offers sunny or shady level sites, including Pull-Thru RV Sites. The property features clean bathrooms and showers, a pool for hot days, a fenced play area for children, and laundry facilities. It is noted for being a busy place located near a busy side road. The campground is a quick jaunt from big-city sights, close to professional sports stadiums, shopping centers, and attractions like the Mall of America. The staff is very friendly, helpful, and provides amazing customer service, creating a welcoming feel for guests.
This KOA is in Maple Grove MN. Great for seeing the sites in Minneapolis and surrounding areas. This a clean, well maintained campground. Plenty of room between campsites. We'll be back.

Staff is super friendly and seems to get along well. Here for personal reasons and needed to change reservation twice but they kept me in the same spot.
Super dog friendly - the play pen is a bit small for my dogs but just walking around the loop of the campgrounds is a good walk.

We love this KOA and stay whenever we are in town. Staff are super nice and helpful. The grounds are much larger than you would expect this close to urban areas - wonderful place to walk around, lots of mature trees
