Unbelievably rude staff. Gave me misinformation over the phone saying they could see me without an adult then I came in and waited over an hour just for them to say they can’t see me.

Unfriendly system. No idea who’s next, or if I was even put in the system, etc. Tried to ask and the staff person and shut the door on me and said they were running a test right now. Didn’t get a text about the queue for 30 minutes until I was already home.

I want to share my frustration trying to make an appointment at the Minute Clinic in the CVS in Maple Grove MN 55311. I was in the pharmacy and spent 40 minutes attempting to make an appointment. Thankfully a CVS employee, Naureen, came to my rescue. She was amazed at how user UNFRIIENDLY the system was. The large signs “Walk-ins Welcome” should be removed.

The service and the speed at which I was able to get in and out pleased me.

The ladies were nice, but the visit was not helpful. Was told I had a URI and “bronchitis” but was denied antibiotics. Was told to use a neti pot and take Delsum. Ended up going to actual urgent care the next day and was prescribed two antibiotics with no issues.

Highly recommend minute clinic nurse Sandy was so kind and caring. She was so sweet and she made me feel heard. She was so happy and understanding which really helped as I had strep throat so I was just not feeling well. During the waiting period she made me laugh and helped get my mind off of it even when feeling crummy. I 110% would come back again just for the staff Sandy and Ashley!

I was fighting a sinus infection for a week thinking it would resolve on its own, until it quickly moved into my ears. I was able to book an appt for the very next morning. The usual MinuteClinic that I go to is permanently closed. There were a few locations closer to me, but they had bad Google reviews. I made a point to drive all the way to Maple Grove and it did not disappoint. The nurse and Doctor whom helped me were fabulous. I highly recommend this location for your MinuteClinic visits! The pharmacy was also quick to prescribe my antibiotics. Thank you so much!

My wife went there for a simple infection. 4+1/2 months later we get a $800 lab bill from quest Medicare with BCBS secondary denies the coverage. Called CVS they stated it was probably coded incorrectly 2 1/2 weeks later we call back and CVS states it was coded correctly but now we are well past the appeal process. After being out $800 for a negative test my resolution is to switch to Walgreens and never ever ever use CVS again
Recommend others do the same and chose other medical care and pharmacies

We took my son who gets chronic strep here. the lab tech claimed to get a throat swab which clearly she did not and therefore it was negative. the nurse went to do a culture that I insisted upon and said he was too difficult to swab and did a nasal swab... for strep. the next morning we were able to get into our pediatrician and he IMMEDIATELY tested positive for strep. don't trust this place. my son needed antibiotics and if we were another family we'd have had a false sense of security that he didn't need then while he suffered. luckily we knew better from experience... but don't bring someone sick here...

Everyone at the CVS Minute Clinic in Maple Grove on Wedgewood Road are considerate, professional and caring. They listen intently to your description of your issue; resolve the issue and take care of getting you the medication (if required) right away at the CVS Pharmacy.

We accidentaly booked the appointment at a different location but they were so gracious and kind to fit me in anyway, without making me feel bad about it. The nurse and NP were both so kind and it felt thorough and not rushed. The people in the pharmacy were very pleasant and efficient as well. I was able to get some meds and be on my way and on the mend! Very pleasant experience.
