The more my husband and I shop at Cub - Maple Grove, the more we find that our favorite items disappear from the shelves. Bull's-Eye Original Barbecue BBQ Sauce and BREATH SAVERS have disappeared from the store shelves for quite some time now. For a while now haven't been able to find Nescafe Taster's Choice; although after complaining, it was on the shelves again recently. Also, the sometimes-bought item, JENNIE-O® Turkey Franks, has now disappeared from the shelves.

One employe working at the meats corner followed me every time he saw me. I was not even done selecting the right package of meat for my puppies and immediately he rushed over to rearrange the packages. I told hI'm I was not done and he complained the customers picking and choosing all day long and he had to put things back in order. The first time he did this to me I gave him the benefit of the doubt thinking he was just having a bad morning. But he huffed and puffed and showed outright irritation to me two more times on two other occasions. Since then, I have avoided buying meat if I saw him running around the meat sections. But it shouldn't be like that for me as I am a customer. I should not have to be harassed by this man working there. What happened to customer service? the management here needs to retrain this employee for respecting the customers. Onto the pharmacy department, the pharmacist (Fatima was her first name) filled my prescription wrong. Then when I complained she said at first said the doctor filled the prescription wrong. I asked her to look at last month order and she resigned to correct my order. But then she told me to get out of the long drive by line and come back later cause she needed time to refill. she already had the additional tube of ointment in her hand yet she needed more time to refill. And during the whole incident, she kept asking what I used the prescription ointment fo. I mean like wtf, just fill the god damn prescription as it was her job. Stop asking me what I do with my prescription. Even if I came home and mix the ointment with rice and ate it what the f had anything to do with her. Stop trying to be a medical doctor. You're a pharmacist. I really wish there are kiosks that I could just order my prescriptions and the machines would spit out my orders like a red box movie rental machine. Then I won't have to deal with pharmacists trying to be medical doctors. Oh and this pharmacy at this cub location is horrible. Every time I come to pick up my prescriptions there are always something wron. I never had a smooth transaction here ever.

Went in for the typical bonfire must haves; S'mores, firewood, and a lighter. I did not visit the deli or meat department on my visit.I had called this store before I arrived to see if they had something in stock. The personnel at the service desk had answered my call, I asked if they had something in stock, but immediately cutting me off, they started listing what department I wanted to be directed to. I was inquiring if something was in stock and was unsure what department to be directed to. Then they started listing off again, this time in an annoyed/condescending tone. I was then directed to general merchandise to where my question was answered quickly and promptly. While in the store, I found what I was looking for pretty easily. The store was clean and organized. I only had a handful of items so I decided to use the self checkout. While checking out the system was slow and glitchy and I needed to have the attendant come and assist. The attendant was quick and friendly to help. I believe first impressions are extremely important, and when the first point of contact is met in an unfriendly manner it leaves (I believe) anyone feeling annoyed/upset. The store is great, but can improve in some areas.

Almost hit by a car in the parking lot. The manager while I was making my grocery list outside and coming down from almost being hit by a car kicked me out and said he called the police because my presence sitting on a bench bothered people and that I was talking to a guy, he implied that I was harassing the man who almost killed me. The only place open he made me walk in the negative winter weather when they are the only place open in town 3 miles till I found a gas station wouldn't even let me do my grocery shopping didn't care that I almost got hurt and vanished me all because people thought it was weird that I was sitting there, making a list on a bench not bothering anyone. I also mentioned to him that the doors are broken and making very loud noises and he got angry and said he was calling the police and he did but I was gone before they got there and did nothing wrong. I don't use drugs or drink, I was very offended. This is the store that me and my family have been going to for more than 20 years. I've never been so disrespected by someone that works there and claims to be a manager though I've never seen him. Also, while the guy was apologizing to me, for almost hitting me, one of the customers said some thing about me being a prostitute, I guess and I was wearing three pairs of pants and snow pants. He made me walk miles till the next business I found that was actually open that time and ate in the cold, because of some lies. Some customer said and She should've been apologizing to me for the guys reckless driving and then I was nice and polite and listen to his apology. I used to enjoy this Cub, but not with management to treat me like a piece of garbage when I've spent so much money there over the years and was just waiting for an Uber home and was planning on spending about $50 in groceries no more.I know they love my dad there over the years. Maybe he can talk to this guys manager so I don't have to be a Karen. Banished all for almost being hit by a car and making other people uncomfortable because the guy kept apologizing and they thought I was the one harassing him as a pedestrian in the evening waiting in the cold snow for a ride home and I was just about to go in and buy groceries and he said I'm not welcome anymore. I walked 2 miles. The nearest gas station did the best I could not to burst into tears I've never stolen or done anything wrong. This was the most disrespectful manager I've ever seen, and they usually are pretty good staffed at that particular Cub. I think his name is Ben and I just kept asking him what I did wrong and he said you're gonna go to jail. If you don't start walking, the police, even followed me for 2 miles to the gas station to wait for a ride, but didn't bother me because it was obvious I wasn't hurting anyone. People are cruel and judge mental well. They won't be getting my money and everybody. I know that shops there there's a lot of other better places in town are used to love that place. Maybe you guys should consider new management. I still respect everybody else that works there, but this guy had never seen and he was a bully, I have a video of the whole situation from me almost being hit by a car to the manager being really mean if anybody wants a copy at Cub corporate I'm sad I really like that Cub, but I can't shop there with employees that treat people like crap. It's really not that much cheaper. Actually it's cheaper to go to target or Walmart. Time to say goodbye. They say one unsatisfied or disrespected guest can cause nine other people they told to stop using that business. Not sure why I am punished for doing nothing wrong. No concern for this guy that recklessly drove through and almost mold me down in front of a handicap spot instead just kicked me out for walking and waiting for a ride was just about to buy my groceries while I waited and then I had to cancel the ride and walk another 2 miles. Shopped here for the first time yesterday since I was in the area. My usual Cub that I favor is Crystal, Brooklyn Center and Fridley, in that order. I've tried other Cubs too but I haven't like them as much. This one was just as good as my three favorites with ample parking, good selection of produce and meats. Nice!

i've used the bathroom here several times and every time i do it's horrible. urine puddled on the floor, toilet paper all over the floor, even seen feces on the toilet seat. if they want to say they didn't know, half the time i've been in there theres an employee on the phone or using the bathroom in there and all this was the last time i went there, looks like they never clean it. if this is how they care about the bathrooms what about the rest of the store?

BEWARE! I sent money to my family in the Dominican Republic and when my father went to go pick it up, they told him that the money had already been picked up! HE NEVER GOT THE MONEY I SENT AND MONEY GRAM CANNOT TELL US WHERE MY MONEY IS! THEY ACTUALLLY TOLD ME I WOULD JUST HAVE TO LOSE IT! WHAT IN THE HECK?! THIS IS FRAUD! IVE HIRED AN ATTORNEY AND WE ARE WORKING TO GET MY MONEY BACK BUT THIS HAS BEEN A HEADACHE AND A HALF! DO NOT USE!!!!!

Lately they have been struggling to keep things in stock. They are out of soy milk, taco sauce, Listerine mouth wash, etc. I'm not sure who is in charge of their inventory, but they need to work on improvements. It's almost as if they wait until things are completely off the shelf before ordering more items.

The advertising that Cub has been airing and is also on their web site declaring that they are being conscientious of safety during the Covid-19 pandemic is both misleading and out right false. I was just at Cub and not only are the employees not cleaning the carts, half heartedly cleaning only the front of the handles of the frozen food cases, but not cleaning the conveyor belts or the key pad on the credit card machine. This company is falsely advertising their cleaning practices!

This Cub has the worst customer service of ANY Cub I have been to. most of the check out ladies are RUDE, snotty, and a couple are just downright mean. I was in check out line behind a customer trying to use WIC but they didn't know how it really all worked so another employee came to help. After 10 minutes of waiting for them to figure out the customers savings, I hear them say they need to start over and ring 3 items at a time to show customer with WIC what is being discounted and how much. The employees then began apologizing TO THE WIC Customer about the wait, but not to us waiting in line!! The employee starts explaining to them that this process would take a bit but get the customer the best outcome. I then asked how long this "process"was going to take?. Both your employees gave me evil eye and said oh my gosh we are trying to fix this Ma'am! I responded with I just simply asked a question I have every right to ask! I was told we don't know but if you are in such a hurry you can change lanes!! I left and won't be back.
