I have been on a plan with Coach Alex for 5.5 weeks and have had amazing success!! I have dropped 15.4 pounds! Changed my eating, understood WHY I was not losing weight before and have a better grasp on my health. He and I just made a plan for the next 6 weeks, new goals, new things to learn! First time I’ve SEEN and FELT these types of results!The gym is always available and Al and Mel are amazing coaches and instructors! Best gym experience I’ve ever had!!

Alex is an amazing coach! I lost 80 lbs while working with him. When I walked through the door my goal was to lose weight, get stronger and just feel comfortable walking. I have now run several 5ks placing in my division, several half marathons and a full. Ontop of that I have been able to lift more weight than I ever imagined I could! He definitely makes sure to encourage, support and cares about his clients.

I did the 8 wk shred challenge with Alex & lost 26 lbs. The contestant coaching, tips, and follow ups throughout is what’s relevant and impactful during these types of challenges. He holds you accountable but also is tremendous with encouragement. Definitely recommended him and will be returning soon

I’ve had many trainers over the past oh 30 years and Alex is the best of any of them. He changed the way I eat the way I train and most importantly the way I think. I ? percent believe in this trainer. I look better than I ever have (and I competed 20 years ago)and now it’s way better, at 59 years old. It’s never too late to push yourself. Just Frickin do it.

I was unsure if this program was gonna work because I felt like I was doing a good job myself. Not only have I made insane progress in this 6 week program but I feel crazy support for my trainer Alex. The entire gym community is amazing and everyone pushes each other. Everyone can see a change in each other and the confidence in ourselves. If you’re looking to not just get more fit but better yourself as a person this is the place for you. 10/10!

I was skeptical joining the 6 weeks challenge that popped in my Instagram. But, I am so glad I did. Coach Alex guided me through this journey with all the nutrition plan. He was there to answer any questions and was very supportive. Group class was another awesome workout. It was fun and have different workouts everyday. Our awesome Trainer Melanie and Al was there to guide us and gave attention to correct us. I highly recommend this gym and it is 24x7.

You’d be hard-pressed to find a trainer who boasts the knowledge of fitness and nutrition the way Alex does. He is a motivated individual who helps his clients hold themselves accountable. I recently completed an 8 week shred challenge with Alex and with his help I was able to lose about 25 pounds and built great, healthy habits along the way. I would highly recommend seeking Alex’s help if you’re looking to take your fitness to the next level!

Alex treated us like one of the family. He trained my wife in many ways, strength, Diet and to run multiple distance races including the Twin cities Marathon. Of the 4 long distance races she ran, Alex was with me cheering for her at 3.He's trained with me as well and has a better understanding of the unorthodox things that are the dark corners of health and fitness that most trainers don't talk about because it's just easier not to.This guy is the real deal.

I love it here! My accountability coach Alex is awesome! He motivates me and keeps me on track even when I don't want to give up and lay on the couch. AL and Mel are great trainers and keep group class fun and exciting, very non formal and it works for all fitness levels. I'm down 35 lbs so far!!! I highly recommend working with these guys!

Come and get your workout on! This gym is in a brand new facility with an open gym and bootcamp classes. The classes give you an intense workout while having fun at the same time. Kickboxing classes are my personal favorite but there is a wide variety of class options. I’ve been a member here for 5 years and it’s been life changing for my health. They even have a summer camp for kids. Come check it out!

Good gym, open 24/7. Great value. Also when I had to move out of state, cancelling wasn't a huge deal. No sleazy tactics to keep me subscribed, etc. Thanks Al, you're great!

I love this 24/7 gym! I have been working out here for about 6-7 months now, and it's been everything I needed to reach my fitness and weight lifting goals. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable for recommending specific lifts or stretches to help with certain muscle groups! The weight room here has every machine you need to complete a full work out for any and all muscle groups. It's not a busy gym either, so you never have to wait for equipment to open up. It makes supporting this local gym easy!
