Was looking for some men's dress shoes for me and my wife's anniversary. Found the perfect pair, perfect fit, but unfortunately only had one shoe in the box. I quite literally ran into one of the employees (sorry again about that, Karlaya!). Despite me running into her, she was still incredibly kind. Not only did she find the other shoe, but she was also able to convert the shoes to European size, which was pretty impressive. And she was incredibly fast at finding the other shoe. Thanks again, Karlaya, for the help!

I was shopping for my daughter's graduation and one of the employees on the floor helped me
Karlaya was extremely knowledgeable about the perfumes! She was able to describe the smell of each fragrance without even having to open the case! She sold me on Eilish! My daughter loves it!
Not only that but her smile is infectious and she has such a bright personality! I love it! And I'm very impressed with how knowledgeable she is

Full store and clean but not a very big selection in plus size clothing. I didn't find a thing this time around.

Disrespectful manager named Sarah. Tried to return an item with the tag off (but still had the tag) and manager gave me attitude and said please have the tag attached in the future.
I have seen so many others return and no issues.

I honestly was looking forward to going as I had never been. It reminded me of an overpriced Marshall's. The shoe selection for guys was horrible.

Just don’t get the Birkenstocks, they put the price sticker on the sole and you can’t get the glue off… it’s truly a terrible strategy and should be changed as they’re ruining every pair they stock.
