For the last few years, our family has been getting its prescriptions filled here. We have never had a bad experience. In fact, this pharmacy is the best run that we have been to. We are typically greeted with smiles (you can still see the smiles in their eyes as their mouths are covered with masks). We are usually in and out within minutes... so relatively no/limited wait time.I also had the experience where I was rushing to the pharmacy just as it was closing for the day (doors were already shut). They saw me running to the door and they let me in. Talk about super customer service! Thank you Maple Grove Pharmacy!!!

Every time I've come here for care that I've been well taken care of. I received all of my Covid shots here, was treated for a bee sting one time and was treated for Covid and given the medication very quickly. The practitioners are great. Thank you Julie

After getting my bicycling habit in full summer swing, I was struck by a nasty swelling around the joint of my big toe. I sent a My Chart note and a photo to my PCP in New Hope, who suggested I head to Urgent Care. Got to the Maple Grove location, where the Covid precautions were exemplary, and the check-in assistant flagged the podiatrist. I got a script for a steroid, with a check-in via My Chart in a couple of days. No muss, no fuss, no long waits, and a board-certified specialist. In and out in less than 45 minutes. Absolutely stellar performance by the North team!

Very rude staff, will not help if any issue with prescription. They spoke to clinic prescription ordered from, told if any issue call the clinic. Arrive at pharmacy and not filled, told them they spoke to x at clinic and to call since she said to if there was issues and I was told by the pharmacist "I don't know what to tell you".Terrible customer service.I have had numerous visits from rude staff, have spoken to various others who work in surrounding clinics and they all complain about rude staff.I had my clinic call, and the pharmacist was then rude to her. I listened to the entire call.I have put up with this because my wife works in the hospital here and it's convenient. No longer will I. I'm done.

Nurse Practitioner,Gail M Hansen, should be avoided by ALL costs! LITERALLY!!! mortifying and horrible service provided by Gail Hansen. Did not bother to listen. Showed no compassion. I would not even bring my enemy to this so called "Nurse Practitioner". If 0 stars was an option I would of provided not even the 0. Will avoid this location and any other location Gail EVER works for. I will also continue to spread and make everyone I know aware of how horrid Gail Hansen treats her patients and how to avoid the Maple Grove Urgent Care. No care was provided besides assumptions. STAY AWAY FROM GAIL M HANSEN!!!!!!

I came in with my significant other's prescription seven minutes before closing on a Saturday. She was discharged after having my daughter via a C-section. Jen was kind enough to take my prescription even though it would take roughly 15 minutes. I was also helped by Katie. Both Katie and Jen really went out their way to ensure that my love one had the medication that she needed. They could have told me to come back the next day but they did not, which is why I believe they deserve five stars. Keep up the great work and excellent customer service!!!

There are always going to be the good, the bad and the ugly to any and all situations in life. (Good cops/bad cops, good kids/bad kids etc...) I am currently a patient at this facility 8/3/19 at 1:46am. I had to call 911 myself for myself on Tuesday of this week. I live alone (with my two dogs, Hank and Daisy). The Maple Grove police were the beginning of my excellent experience. They ASKED me where I wanted to go and I pointed to the "hospital close to me". They got me to this facility in about 4 minutes flat. I was couriered into the emergency room and whisked into a very private exam room. My IV was started, they drew blood, I had a CT scan, and I as diagnosed (by everyone and Dr. Vitas) with a ruptured gall bladder (It was gangrene infested and headed to sepsis soon, I'm guessing.) I had emergency surgery by 2am. (I'm guessing it was that time because by then, the morphine had kicked in....LOL. I have received nothing but A+ care so far.) I say "so far", because it is now 1:54am and I can't sleep and Steve is my nurse and he is getting me hot tea and a warm blanket to help knock me out. He threatened a baseball ball bat but I promised to behave if he would just help me open my laptop. I am going to be needing addition surgery for a hernia mesh claim and I will be using this hospital (and my surgeon, Dr. Vitas), no matter WHAT my insurance says. I will pay out of pocket if necessary to get this kind of warm and gentle care again. Plus, the food here is 5 star----- and I have been in every Allina hospital in the Minneapolis area. Allina ain't got nothing on North Memorial. I will be emailing the CEO Kevin Croston at: Kevin@Northmemorial so I can come work for this organization as the CEO also....The "Clown Executive Officer". Thank you to all that I have crossed paths with: Steve my nurse, Gwen my Nurse, Heather my NA, Arena my NA, and all the others that have laughed and cried and given hugs to me this very long week for me. Remember, when I get famous.....You can ALL say you knew me before I was world famous. Laurie Joye Resch 9221 Forestview Lane North Maple Grove, MN 55369 See you all again soon "in the funny pages".......

As a recent employee, my experience working on Labor and Delivery was over all pretty ok, it was usually always busy fast paced , but worked with amazing nurses (morning nurses were rude, condescending, belittling) coworkers who have been there since the beginning would act as if they owned the place and felt entitled so slacked off but were shown favoritism always. My experience on Med Surge and Intensive Care Center were terrible. If you weren't liked, you would be singled out and have the heaviest work assignments to the point it wasn't safe for you/your licence or the patient. MGH would promote respect, teamwork, blah blah blah... When it came to the people of "influence" (supervisors/ managers) they would abuse their authority positions and were the leaders in one of the worst negative work environments I've ever experienced. I would see coworkers who possessed the qualities and characteristics that you'd WANT to have care for you, be so burnt out and ready to quit because of the heavy, uneven work loads. There's no one to go to about these issues because HR will alwasys back up the managers. Even when their policies are discriminatory. There was one charge nurse who was promoted to house supervisor(don't understand how or why) and she deliberately assigned droplet contact precaution patients (you're supposed to wear a face mask when caring for them) without notifying the nurses who ended up deathly ill with exactly the same infections as the patients they had cared for previously. That is a violation of policy and procedure and illegal. The hard working housekeepers who do excellent work keeping that hospital clean were mostly people of ethnic decent and I personally know a number of housekeepers who quit due to management being proven racist with one confirmed lawsuit against them. If it wasn't for Labor and Delivery MGH would never survive.

Visits to the ER are never fun and enjoyable. However after recently moving here from Southern California, we were pleasantly surprised with our experiences here. We had the fortune of 3 visits over a 5 week period and each time we were treated with compassion and care. The time from triage to a room was amazing too. All three times we were in a room within 1-1.5 hours which coming from Southern California was mind blowing as we were used to 4-7 hour average waits to get back into an ER room. The physicians took the time to listen and understand my wife's condition and then discussed a treatment plan. We appreciate the care and treatment we received here. Also the waiting room was clean and tidy and the hospital is aesthetically pleasing.
