Nikki is there for me and listens, doesn't judge but reassures me that it takes time.

I met with dietician Nikki. She was such a great listener and I really appreciated her compassion and her practical advice. I liked that she respected my wishes to make diet and lifestyle changes before adding on supplements. She did a really good job explaining the reasons behind her recommendations. I like how all these recommendations made sense and I like the focus on eating real foods and eating in balance. I would highly recommend visiting nutritional weight and wellness.

Paid $129 for an informational seminar that includes lunch. I was handed a berry protein smoothie by one of the hosts as I was ushered into a small classroom. When I asked what kind of protein was in the smoothie the person looked at me, hesitated, and replied, "beef". As a vegetarian I had to refuse. As they began introducing themselves, one of them claimed that cancer could mostly be prevented with diet. Red flags, but ok. Maybe these beef shakes were part of their plan? They mentioned the supplements that they sell. Hmm, I thought I was here to learn about a healthy diet, not buy supplements. More red flags. I asked if they had a vegetarian smoothie option, they did not. They were chatting up about the lunch we'd all be having later, I figured I should inquire if they had thought to include a vegetarian option (surely they had, this was supposed to be a healthy nutrition-based company) Nope. They gave each other bewildered looks, and advised they did have chicken salad (chicken is not vegetarian). Another one piped in that even though the shakes were made with beef they were lactose free (irrelevant; vegetarian, vegan, lactose intolerant, all different things that a nutrition expert should know). At this point I'm concerned that the people conducting this nutritional seminar ("nutrition "experts") don't know what a vegetarian is, or how to offer healthy vegetarian options in this day and age. I took this as my cue to cut my losses and leave. The lady at the front desk advised they were an "animal-based" company, and provided a refund. Not a problem, but they should probably note that somewhere on the website.TLDR: Be forewarned, you think you're going in to be educated about nutrition, but they want to sell you on their shakes and supplements. And these nutrition "experts" couldn't handle someone with a simple dietary restriction. Save your time and money!

For the past 4 months I have listened to the podcasts and followed their recommendations on eating real food and drinking half your weight in ounces) of water. I have lost 20 pounds and am continuing on the road to lose more weight. Unbelievable! I find a new little tidbit on every podcast that I listen to!

Worst attitudes I've ever dealt with.. not warm and friendly to me AT ALL. I just wanted a place to get my vitamins while under my dr's care but I will not be getting them here.
