the last few times I have been at this location, the floor associates have been alright, they never seem to be in the mood to help you if you have any questions. Also this location makes returning anything 10x more difficult compared to other Old Navy locations.

Store was messy and the staff never checked in on us. The clothing options for baby/toddler boys though is great!!! One of the few places I can go to find cute clothes for my son.

I left my phone in the dressing room and a couple of the teenage employees took photos of themselves on my phone. weird as hell.

Always have a good experience at this store. The staff are always positive and helpful. It helps a lot to have the Old Navy or Gap credit card if you shop here often. I was able to save with a 50% cardholder discount day for back to school shopping. I also rack up rewards points to use for free clothes. My teens like the sweats and athletic looking stuff and I appreciate the extending sizing for women.

Old Navy has upped their game!!! As a Nordstrom shopper I was reluctant to shop at Old Navy. I had memories of my 20’s looking for cheap tops and tanks. However, I was pleasantly surprised! Their new shorts come in two different lengths. The tank dresses are soft and comfy for a coverup or sun dress. The staff was really helpful and you can order anything you want for free shipping! I just love how they incorporate all sizes too!

I asked if they had a maternity section and was told that all of the maternity pieces they have are MIXED IN with everything else on the sales floor and that they hope to have an actual maternity section in the future. Expecting a pregnant person to sift through each piece of women’s clothing to see if it’s maternity or not is ridiculous. I hope you get that sorted out for future prospects.
