Where do I start! I was going to a gym where you could come and go on your own time and work out at your own pace, but I wanted something more structured. Thus, my adventure with Orangetheory. I have been going there for a year now and this is what I can say from my experience. I like the fact that you have coaches that are there to encourage you (sometimes give you a little push, if you would like) and helping you with your form to get the most out of your workout. The workouts are different every day which keeps it fun. A big one for me is their cancellation policy for a scheduled workout. It holds me accountable to show up and not cancel at the last minute and I am always grateful that I went. The workouts are not only good physically but mentally as well. It has really helped me out in both aspects. Everyone of the coaches are wonderful. Before class they explain what your workout will entail for the next hour and guide you through the workout and they always bring it with great enthusiasm! I highly recommend OT Maple Grove.

Best OTF experience is @ Maple Grove! Close to 1500 classes, numerous studio visits across the US, and former coach speaking….this studio does it right, all of it. If you live or travel for work around this area, GO! This studio is top notch on all the levels.

As a notorious gym quitter, I must say, that this is the only place that I stayed with for well over a year, and will most definitely continue. I was skeptical at first, but quickly got drawn into the supportive spirit of this place. Great coaches, inspiring community, friendly staff, and excellent workouts! Highly recommend!

Orangetheory Maple Grove is by far the best gym I have ever attended! All the coaches are super positive, encouraging and really push you to challenge your limits. I have never regretted attending a workout...only regret when I have to miss one. I truly cannot say more positive things...the atmosphere, music & the entire OTF community is the bomb! Love you guys!

I have been an on and off again member since 2016. Depending on life and work I sometimes venture away but always find my self missing OTF Maple Grove family. I had my first class back earlier this week after being gone for at least a year. The best way to describe it was like coming home. I was warmly welcomed back by the front desk staff. Shiela, Jared, Brandon and John all took time to chat and welcome me back. Even received a lovely email later that day.The workout is always leaves me feeling amazing but the people is why I keep coming back.John- thank you for having a great place to come too.

The Orange Theory in Maple Grove is awesome! They have nailed the layout, the weight organization is great, and it just feels right, you know? And Coach John – he's awesome. Is it passionate? Yes. Energetic? Absolutely. Makes you want to push yourself and burn those calories? Yes. Give it a shot. You won't regret it. Five out of five, no brainer!

Hands down, the best 1 hour workout you'll ever get! Gets your heart pumping and the coaches are very motivational! I'm a founding member at the Woodbury location but moved to the West side of the river so I now go to Maple Grove and Plymouth. I have been going for over 6 years with an Elite membership and have completed over 400 classes!

The best thing about OTF in MG is the people - the coaches and staff. They are knowledgeable, professional, respectful, motivating, and seem to be interested in each person and how they are doing. If you don't know how to do something, they will show you so you avoid hurting yourself. They make a point to say hello and goodbye and address each person by their name, making you feel like you're part of this little community from your first month there. The next best thing are the workouts and stats you get to follow your progress. This is motivating and helps you see where you need more work and where your strengths are. If you do OTF consistently, you can't avoid getting in better shape!

Finding a good place to workout is hard, finding a place that makes you want to continue to workout is even harder. I can't recommend Maple Grove's OTF location enough - all of the coaches are amazing, the workouts are engaging, and the scheduling is flexible.If you are thinking of trying out OTF, do it! As mentioned, all of the coaches are incredible but an extra plug for Jared; he pushes your limits to make you better, thoughtful, and kind. He will make sure you are taken care of if you are new/newer, as well as if you become a regular - thank you Jared for making my OTF experience amazing!

Never in a million years did I think I would enjoy a group fitness class like Orange Theory, especially being 45 and never having taken anything like this before. Thanks to my friend encouraging me to join, I’ve been working out here for 1.5 months, doing 2 classes a week, and I now moved up to 3 classes a week as my body craves the next work out! In this short time, I have achieved small goals, my favorite being the ability to jog, not just walk, on the treadmill, and I look forward to getting stronger and better! The best part is you focus on what You can do, no one is judging you because they are focused on themselves. The entire group from the front desk, to the coaches, and even the owner, John, are personable and encouraging, a pleasure to work with. Just remember…. It doesn’t get easier, you get stronger!

First, I love the class size - not so small that I feel like I'm an under a microscope and not so large that I don't get to know people. Second, I love the variety - workouts are different every time I attend a class and that keeps me coming back. Third, I love the coaches - without someone pushing me and forcing me to do cardio, I would let myself off the hook. Thanks for all you do!
