Whoever these teenage girls are that work here they need an attitude check. I’ve never had worse costumer service in my life. Walk in and they are sitting on the counters gossiping. Do your job, the store is a mess because of them, it’s not that difficult to fold some cloths. I think management needs to take a serious look at who they are highering because these girls need to get fired. Along with that they could use a reality check because they all have some work to do.

Terrible service and rude attitude by some female worker named Lilly, or Lillie. I will not be coming back bc of her. Or at least to this location. It’s just unprofessional little kids.
I came in to browse around, ended up buying a hat and as I left the cashier forgot to remove the security tag. I didn’t realize til I was already driving off, I had to drive back to the store to get the tag removed but Lilly (who had already seen me checkout) required a receipt. I had to walk back to the car just to show proof, when she had already seen me purchase the hat less than 10 minutes ago. Here is the hat and receipt

One of the workers here gave me the biggest attitude for no reason and when i had tried to ask them earlier for some hell getting jeans down they were gossiping and ignoring me.The customer service here is trash and the employees are so rude and ignorant

Horrible. Store is dirty and messy. Workers were casually vaping in the store and screaming explicit inappropriate things while customers were around. Highly unprofessional. There was an okay selection of clothes but I won’t be experiencing this again.

The best store I’ve ever been to! The girl with green hair. I think she was the manager helped me find the shorts that fit everything about me! I will be coming back here for any outfits I need!

Hours are listed different online. There were 15 customers in there at 7pm. Once the clock turned 7 they kicked us out. Didn’t offer to let us buy items.

I came to this store last Saturday after just moving to MN from PA & my experience was terrible. As I saw in other reviews, the hours are never properly updated & posted. I was under the impression the store closed at either 8 or 9pm. My friend and I arrived around 6:30-ish and began looking around. I ended up trying on some items from the clearance rack & different pairs of jeans and noticed the one pair of jeans I wanted wasn’t the right size. My friend couldn’t figure out what pair I wanted, so I went out and looked myself. During this time I was out on the floor until we swiped our card for our purchases, two more groups of people came in & the associates all announced to us, “we close in 10 minutes!!”. Another girl sat on the back counter behind the register on her phone throughout our entire visit & looked clearly annoyed. Pretty much all of the workers were either on their phone or had an RBF. I expressed an attitude back when these comments were made because I felt rushed and was taken back by their responses. My friend and I left long before any of the other customers and it was 6:54 when we walked out their doors. I’ve worked for PacSun myself back in my college days & despite the laid back management style, none of my store managers of any level would’ve accepted this type of behavior. Simply put- this place sucks.

Everything was fine until I was waiting in line and two of the workers were giving me dirty looks and glaring at me while I was just waiting in line to checkout. The two workers were also talking about their love lives the whole time while checking me out.

I see that a lot of other reviews say similar things to what I'm going to. Simply put, the workers, which are younger (teenagers or so) were extremely disheveled and didn't seem to really know what they were doing. They stood around and "cleaned" things which were already folded neatly. Only one worker was doing what she should have and was friendly. The rest acted as if they had just been thrown into working. One particular girl was rude and was rolling her eyes. Very disappointing.

Store is nice but the customer service is mid. The workers put out a bitchy/standoffish vibe. We went in and they had flannel shirts on a $20 rack that were $50 and when we mentioned it she goes "some of them are just there." and there was 6-7+ same shirts on this rack. Most stores would have honored that price and this girl didn't even want to mention it to me. After I said that and we were walking out they moved all of the flannels that were $50 to a different spot. Gotta love retail workers.
