Always friendly, great service and real Eastern European meats and other goodies. This place is awesome. We drive all the way from Stillwater just for the sausages but stock up with bread and other groceries too. I hope they never change their resipes or their quality.

My family has shopped here for sooo many years. Came in with an issue that I don’t need to get into, but was absolutely appalled at the attitude and terrible customer service. She proceeded to tell another customer in the store that she’s already fed up with people, while turning her back to me and standing right in front of me. Customer facing management like this are a disgrace to our community and give Slavic people a bad name. If you can’t be cordial with your loyal clientele face to face, I can’t image how you run your business behind the scenes.

This place sells expired produce, when asked about it they are extremely rude and disrespectful, the owner is very disrespectful and not professional, he would cuss you out in front of other customers without a care in the world, don’t shop here, someone should call the health inspector.

Removed two stars for expired goods! We must have respect for consumers. Yes, I was in a hurry and didn’t check the expiration dates on the spot. But the question is, why the hell should I even check them at the grocery store, when it goes without saying that the products SHOULD be sold without expired dates.
The day before yesterday I bought seasonings, more than a year overdue. Yes, nothing will happen to them in a year, but this is a fact of spitting on customers from the store manager!
Do you want to sell late? So make a separate stand for such products!
This is precisely the huge minus that negates many of the pluses.

It's not the best Eastern European grocery store in the US, but decent. Nice variety of sausages and cured meat. Pretty good deli area with ready to eat dishes. Gotta pay attention to the expiration dates. However, even with a proper expiration date you can occasionally get a spoiled product.

I went for cheesecakes, sweets and cheesecakes. Everything was excellent, delicious, the cheesecakes were even warm :) The sellers were pleasant and polite, thank you! As it turns out, we still have our medicines here, maybe it will be useful for someone

I like the quality of goods . However, they’re impolite. It’s says they’re working till 8 pm. I came at 7:35 pm. They were super rude trying to rush us out of the store . Great products otherwise!

The customer service exceeds expectations. Above and beyond.Food is always fresh when I purchase and the prices are unbeatable.You hold a very valuable employee (I don’t know her name) she is knowledgeable, full of integrity, and always makes you feel welcome and warm.

The chocolate I bought were rock hard, you can see they were really old. Also 6/7/23 I came at 7:48pm and the door was locket, while I can see customers inside. If you guys work to 8:00 then have the door unlocked to 8:00pm. And also don't mix the old and new candy together but throw the old one away.
