There have also been issues with balloon delivery, leaving customers frustrated. Despite this, Party City can assist with blowing up balloons for special occasions.

Not the best costumer service , the employees were little rude . One employee was talking bad about an costumer they had right in front of me . they didn't have what we were looking for . I say go to another party city with better costumer service not worth it
