I came here 2 times and kept telling me they do not accept my insurance then why you sending an appointment remainder to come here and then send me back.They are not organized and have no idea wha they are doing.

Went to the Maple Grove location needing an exam from both myself and my 24 year old daughter. I knew wanted glasses and my daughter was interested in contacts. Exam was fine and I was given a prescription. I picked out some glasses and then return to the doctor’s exam room. I handed my credit card off to Abbie to be able to charge my card for my exam and the glasses I had just ordered. Finished up with the doctor and signed the $700+ bill. I went home to submit paperwork to my insurance company. I find out insurance will not cover my glasses/exam because they think my bill doesn’t look right. Abbie put my daughter’s bill and my bill. My daughter is not on my insurance. My daughter could have paid her own bill. Abbie did not have my permission to put my daughter’s bill on my bill. It took over 3 weeks to get my glasses in. I now am stuck with a pair of glasses that I can’t even see out of. Went in to return the glasses that I can’t see out of and there wasn’t anything they could do besides call my insurance company to see why they won’t pay the bill. I know why they won’t pay it….. because ABBIE messed it up!!! Rude staff that to not take accountability for their mistakes.
Funny, I do not remember you offering to help with “fixing the problem” with glasses that I can’t see out of. It was only to find out why my insurance company would not help pay the bill. If I’m mistaken, you weren’t even there. You don’t have a staff member apologize for a huge mistake on your end. I don’t seem to be the only one that has a problem with your non/lack of customer service.

Highly recommend. After suffering a corneal abrasion I was in a lot of pain. I went to urgent care and waited for over 2 hours. While we were waiting my wife called Pearle Vision in MG. Although they were busy they were able to see me right away. Dr. Wingard was amazing! He was friendly, knowledgeable, and I felt he truly cared about my situation. With his help my eye was healed in a couple days. 100% going back here for my next eye injury.

Definitely the very best Pearl Vision I have ever went to. They also had 1 of the best selection of glasses compared to all the rest.

If I can give it zero stars I would… I paid for my glasses to be shipped. They gave me a fake tracking number. For days I called to get the correct info while being given the run around… spoke to a supervisor who hung up in my face after she tells me they gave the ups driver my tracking number. I do not recommend going there at all. Please try a new location.
**Update I had my insurance contact them, in which they lied and told them something totally different than what they told me. I have filed a grievance with my insurance regarding this claim.

What a terrible experience purchasing glasses and lenses. I originally ordered both contact trials (dailies) per Dr Ziegler. When they came in they were monthly contacts and had to re order. When I asked where my dailies were after 1 weeks time they couldn’t figure out and lost them. I also had ordered a pair of glasses for both myself and my wife and last week the lenses were here and shown to me. But didn’t have the frames. This last week our frames showed up but then the lenses were no where to be found. We paid well over $900 and had to make several trips to the site due to contacts and glasses and finally are getting everything needed. Dr Ziegler was amazing but the service and the issues with the glasses and losing lenses and contacts was beyond frustrating. I was offered a $25 discount from the assistant manager for my troubles on a $900+ order. Honestly very upset, will be working with Dr Ziegler in the future but need to seriously consider purchasing frames/lenses and contacts from the maple grove location.

A great place to get new glasses from due to the selection. I got a lot of help from Jessica. She made getting new glasses a fun experience. I ended up buying three new glasses as a result of her great customer service skills and thoroughness. I will most likely come back to get a 4th pair ??

The male doctor did the eye exam in haste. For me i wasn't seeing clear vision yet. I did not know the exam was finished and he didn't tell me the result of the test. Next I paid $10 for my eyeglasses to be sent through USPS. They sent the glasses 2 months after. The glasses are useless for me. Its very blurry.

I'm sitting in the lobby waiting for my scheduled appointment 30 mins now since the appointment should have started and I'm still in the waiting room. What's the point of an appointment if the dr can't follow though? I even showed up early like I was asked.

Dr. (Perreault) Pirruccello and her staff were outstanding!! I would definitely recommend them as they made the experience very enjoyable.

My frames cracked and broke so I called them and they had my frames in stock I got new frames same day!! I live an hour away but they are my go to place for glasses the people are so friendly very knowledgeable on their products they’ll even help you pick out frames that fit your face if you let them they’re awesome !!
