We set an order in advance so that we could pick it up. We understood that it was busy and we waited patiently for our order. It took over an hour but turns out the order was ready the whole time. We talked to 3 different employees to make sure it wasn’t ready because on the app it said our order was ready..

Delivery order is consistently wrong. No recourse for fixing it other than driving to the location, which is not a solution for me. Have called about it and the male manager during the day has said things like, “I don’t have time for this right now, call back later.” Which to me is unacceptable customer service. Today I wanted to try a cinnamon roll cookie, and got a sugar cookie instead. All I want is to receive the food I order.

Worst experience i have faced here the one tall guy with no hair he is maintaining worst behavior with customers not even responding correctly I waited more than 30mins to get my order I give worst rating for that person

I really enjoy the hot sandwiches potbelly offers at other locations. I have only ever been through the drive through at other locations. I walk in for the first time and I am treated like an inconvenience as a customer. A little older lady "helped" me which was more like rolling of eyes and general unfriendliness. I will not be coming back to this location as it appears that they do not want customers.

Usually love potbelly, but my sandwich must have been bad as I have food poisoning. My partner also feels off but is not as ill. This is the second time after coming to the maple grove location I have felt off after eating, but the first throwing up and ill instance

The manager Brad Kohler is a piece of work. Very rude to customers and even his staff. Tells sexist jokes in front of customers, thinks it's funny to pick on people special needs, gay and Trans people. Overheard him yelling at his staff that "they aren't paid to think" . I feel very bad for the staff that work with him and the customers that encounter him. Very unprofessional and unpleasant. I love the food but will not be going back to this location till its under new and better management.

I started working here in November 2023 Jayson And Tiffany Ran The Store It Was Amazing. Right Before Christmas Brad Kohler Took Over And The Store and it went To Hell. The back room flooded to where the sewer was backing up as we walked in puddles walking in the doors and the walk-in coolers sewer drainage was backed up in the dish sinks. The plumber came and they were GREAT Fixed The backup witch was caused by the grease trap.. When they left Brad The GM filled up the sinks and washed dishes in it With Out Sanitizing the 3 compartment sinks. I Personally went behind him and sanitized the sinks and put All The Dishes He Already Tried TO Wash Back In The Dirty Dishes. And Then I Sanitized the sinks. Then Edge the asst.managwr Came Back And Said Oh Your Still Here? I Said Yes And Explained Why And He Said Ok So I Finished And Then Clocked Out. I came back in the 26th found out the ovens were broke and asked if I knew how to fix them I said no. So I called another store and asked Dan to walk me thru it he said we had to call a technician. I told Brad this and he got mad cause I tried to help and yelled at me. Asked me who the hell I thought I was? Told me that wasn't my role cause I tried to get it fixed. he didn't for 4 days. The Next Day I Got Put On Suspension which Was 12/27/2023 Now They're Saying I'm Discharged for insubordination/ anger issue. I called HR and never got a response tried to set up an appointment with the district manager and never got a call. so my question to y'all? If I delivered your food was I rude? If I helped you in the store was I rude? No , Cause I Wasn't. Noone can Say I Was Not Even The senior director Bryan of the company that met me can say I was rude. I'VE BEEN DOING THIS FOR 30+ YRS If Anything I helped And Apologized to MANY CUSTOMERS Cause The Store Manager Didn't Get Orders Out On Time Or Right.

Ordered catering from Maple Grove Potbelly for an employee event last week and our order never arrived. Called for 30+ minutes, no response. I wasn’t able to reach anyone until the day after, and they couldn’t even confirm what happened. I was told they would circle back, but all they did was give us a refund. At least we got that. I would avoid ordering catering from this location, very big disappointment.

Oh Potbelly how I love you so but man you failed me today. After ordering on GrubHub at 1214pm today, I was left with no food at 118pm and two drivers who had showed up and left because of the wait and horrible communication.I understand you have online, in-store, and catering orders but maybe stop accepting them when you can keep up? Over an hour and my sandwich isn't even made? I had to go through the hassle of getting a refund from GrubHub (that was fun) and ordered Jimmy Johns. Let me tell you ..they were freaky fast.Really poor service today that will definitely make me think twice before suggesting Potbelly again for lunch ?

My boss wanted to buy my coworkers and I lunch, went online and ordered for everyone. The food was delivered, had coworkers order sprite but when I opened the bag it was all Coke. My soup was cold, and a coworker ordered double meat and did not get it. Called to speak with the manager who rudely let me know they were out of sprite and instead of calling to see what to substitute it for they just grabbed coke. I understand that they could have been busy but still. The reason for the review is the rude manager, this phone call was not the only interaction I had with him, after I submitted the order online I called to just confirm they had received the order and that was it, the person answering the phone whom I now am assuming was the manager was very rude at that point too. I get everyone has a bad day but seeing other reviews recently this must just be his behavior and he should not be interacting with customers if that is the case. Our office orders out lunch quite often and if the end result had been positive this establishment could have been one of the restaurants we ordered from frequently, but we will not give this location any more of our business or time.
